Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Explore nearby Fugitive Beach, Current River & the beautiful Montauk State Park. A cabin highlight is the wrapped upper decking for an memorable outdoor movie night or relax with your locally roasted coffee. At night, sit around the fire pit & listen to the sounds of the Ozarks. The Bronze is one of its kind & a perfect couples retreat.

Crockett's escape treehouse is an amazing lodging experience with a 180- degree view of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. The private wrap around deck is huge and the views are spectacular

With its intricate stonework on the outside, natural wood accents on the inside, custom built-in furniture and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, Magruder is sure to leave a lasting impression. When you're here, you'll have access to all of our luxury amenities, including an open-concept living space, fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, Master suite , King size bed, and private outdoor patio with a hot tub.

Make some memories at this unique and serene place. Overlooking the beautiful Ozark mountains, enjoy the stunning sunrise, or take a ride on Buckhorn Trails with your side by side or four wheeler. A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
