We've hosted hundreds of BnB guests at our unique Mississippi home. Now we're opening this 1970 Boatel for the summer and fall. Safe access through our backyard. Equipped kitchen, two beds, bathroom, dining room, and open deck space to view a glorious lighted bridge to the north and skyscrapers to the south.

Our unique floating cabin features retro vibes and beautiful views of the Mississippi River backwaters. This cabin sits DIRECTLY in the water and has amazing views of the water You can even fish right off your deck! Enjoy the nature around you while sitting on your private floating deck, or snuggle up inside in front of the electric fireplace and Smart TV. This cabin features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a pull out couch in the living room. Our rental is located at Millennium Marina.

The houseboat comes with a/c, heater, private grill and is stocked with water and coffee. Bathroom and shower is a short walk away.

Iatt Lake Cabins and Kayaks House Boat

Houseboat on quiet and serene lake. No running water on boat but bathroom is close by. Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone and on a leash at all times when outside. Kayak, paddle boat and pirogue rentals including life jackets and paddles available. Kayak rental - $35/day or $60/2 days. Paddleboat, pirogue or tandem kayak rental - $45/day or $70/2 days.
