Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mississippi River

This is our MOST favorite place to stay in Rocheport. Shelley makes you feel like family without being intrusive. The BnB is the best kept secret around.....we literally spend a ton of time on the patio- the view is so wonderful. Always highly recommended!

I can't wait to come back! this was peaceful and charming. the kids loved it so much and enjoyed exploring, roasting marshmallows and staying in the bunk! nature at night was magical and we slept so good. highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Centrally located to many restaurants and shopping.

This charming spot is perfect for a small family reunion! The hot tub was a real highlight, and making s'mores by the fire pit was such a fun experience. Couples will appreciate the ample privacy, and the location is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, allowing for leisurely mornings with late breakfasts. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. It’s just a short drive to Branson, where we had a blast driving go-carts and laughing at the hilarious murder mystery dinner theatre. King was incredibly responsive and helpful, making it easy to get in touch with any questions. Overall, a fantastic getaway!

Incredibly close to NSU! Very beautiful backyard with a creek and outdoor area. The Airbnb literally has everything you could need inside during your stay. My cat accidentally got out of the kitchen window and took a vacation in the woods for a week and Nick and Katja were incredibly supportive of helping me find her and even coordinated with local neighbors to help surveil for her and thankfully she was found :) other than the cat escapades, it was a great stay - especially if you need to be close to NSU.

Our stay at Dale’s place was fantastic, making for a memorable golfing and fishing getaway. The house was very clean, well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The fantastic lake view added to the charm, and its convenient location put us close to a good selection of restaurants and bars, many of which Dale thoughtfully recommended. While we would have loved to enjoy the fresh air through screened windows, the A/C units worked perfectly, keeping the space comfortable. If you are planning a golf outing, be sure to check out Osage National Golf Course, just a 30-minute drive away; it’s a great course!

This place was amazing. Not only was it huge & spacious, there was so much history involved with it that was truly amazing. We stayed with our 2 Yorkies and there was ample room for them to go outside to use the restroom. If we're ever passing through the area again, we'd definitely return to stay! Thank you so much for being amazing hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Rural southern Iowa is beautiful and this place was the perfect retreat while visiting family in the area. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean und had everything we needed. The ferry to cross the Mississippi River is a short walk away. Daniel agreed to let us check out a few hours later. Thanks for your flexibility! Also, great money for value.

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway staying in this comfortable condo. It had everything we needed for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.The host provided lots of good information and was very responsive to our questions.

Mark & Fabricio’s place was outstanding. Place was even better than described. Every deal was thought of to make our stay so enjoyable. Mark reached out to us to let us know the place was ready early. Which was so nice after being on the road all day. We were met with a 5 page note, hand written by Mark highlighting all the things to do and see in the area. Was just blown away by the 3” think binder that again had everything listed of what to do and places to eat. And on top of that home made pumpkin bread. So thoughtful! Their place has a great location in midtown that makes everything very convenient. Several restaurants, shops and bars were a short walk away. We would highly recommend their place to anyone looking to stay in the Memphis area. And look forward to staying again in the future.

Holly was immediately responsive with answers to a few questions I had. walkable neighborhood with coffee and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfy. I would certainly stay again.

Jamey's place was great. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything in Midtown is easy to get to from here. Overton Park was a couple of blocks away, which was convenient for walking the dog. Abyssinia Ethiopian restaurant is within walking distance, and has delicious food.

Perfect stay for me! Not too far off hwy, quiet home, lovely apt and spot-on for all needs! Welcoming apt and hosts, dark/quiet bedroom with great bed for a challenged sleeper! Definitely a great find that I will revisit if travel takes me there! Thank you!

This was such a nice place. Very pretty. The snacks and breakfast items were a perfect extra touch!

Darci was attentive to our needs. She even recommended places to hike and sight see. I was nervous about parking but it was really easy to park, I recommend taking a walk at the farmers market if you are there over the weekend.

Wow—what an absolute gem of a stay. First off, let me just say I’m super OCD when it comes to cleanliness, and this place was spotless. Like, I didn’t even feel the need to re-clean anything (which never happens). Every corner, surface, and linen felt fresh and meticulously cared for—total peace of mind. Beyond that, the thoughtful touches here really blew me away. There were local snacks waiting for me, fresh milk and OJ in the fridge, and the most delicious homemade banana bread I’ve ever had. It honestly felt like I was staying at a close friend’s place who just gets it. And then there's Olive—the sweetest, most happy pup who made my stay feel even warmer…..If you’re a dog lover, prepare to fall in love. Can’t recommend this place enough. Clean, cozy, and full of heart. Skye is an absolute amazing host!

Great location between Busch Stadium and Soulard. The neighborhood felt safe because of ample street lighting and well-cared-for properties. Inside, the charm comes from art, and outside, from the beautiful backyard. Loved the little touches such as muffins, granola bars, and tea and coffee.

We loved our stay here. The house was well put together and homey. We enjoyed the extra touches, like toothbrushes, makeup removers, and wonderful extra snacks for the kiddos. (Especially after the hot zoo all day). There was also a fantastic “guidebook” put together by the hosts, with local restaurant menus!! The physical location was in an old district, full of old historic homes and buildings. Close to the Zoo, aquarium, and the Budweiser Museum. And our kids enjoyed running around in the back yard for the night. Would definitely stay again!

The house is awesome, it was very comfortable for four people, everything worked and the place was super clean. Very happy with the stay.

Jan and Rich have an absolute gem here and they are great hosts. I happily give Walnut Grove Farmhouse my highest recommendation.

We absolutely LOVE staying at the Buckman's guest house! We have had several family events and Paula is the best host! Her place is very spacious, clean and has lots of things to do! I would highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

We stayed two nights and chose the room with a balcony overlooking the pretty garden. Lots of torrential rain had us cancel our outdoor plans. Fortunately our suite was a great place to stay in and binge watch a series. The bathtub is big enough for tall people so we appreciate that.
