Experience peace and nature in our 60 m² holiday apartment, ideal for couples or small families. It offers a bedroom with king-size bed, living room with sofa bed and Swedish stove, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. The apartment is located above the garage in a separate house with views of the garden and forest. Krems is only 10 minutes away. The overnight stay tax in Lower Austria is € 2.50 per person and night from age 15 and is collected in cash on site

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

The bungalow for your own use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolutely quiet/isolated location and, together with the owners' house, is part of the building in the green area that is worth preserving. The beautiful village of Jaidhof with castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Here you will find a separate bedroom and a very spacious kitchen-living room with another bedroom and balcony. 1 guest parking space is available. Our house is 3 km from the nearest train station. Vienna is 50 km away. Guests from all countries are welcome!

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, a Romanesque church, a Gothic Karner and lots of nature between the forest and wine regions near Eggenburg.
