Attic apartment by the pond

You have the entire apartment unit to yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, 2 beds on a fold-out bed with quality mattresses. You can enjoy a large terrace with seating. Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in the nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is located in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. You can relax, whether you're passing through or want to stay for a few days.

We offer accommodation in a private, attic apartment in the center of the small town of Lomnice nad Lužnicí (10 km from Třeboň - an attractive place in South Bohemia not only for cyclists and families with children). Lots of swimming options (Třeboň water park, Veselské sand pits, ponds). The apartment is on the first floor of a family house, where the lower part is occupied by us - the owners. We are available to our guests when needed and are happy to advise on where to go for trips around the area or anything else.

Studio by the pond

Apartment by the pond Čekanov for 2-4 people. The apartment has 1 double bed 140 cm and a fold-out futon bed, possible to sleep up to 4 people. But please note that the studio is smaller, so less comfortable for 4 adults. We are equipped with all the necessities, bedding, towels, shower gels, etc. There are also basic things for coffee, tea and cooking. Wifi, TV, washing machine, fridge, freezer, kettle. Utility water (not intended for drinking and inhalation) and plenty of bottled drinking water in the apartment.

The independent apartment is located in the area of Srubec-Stará Pohůrka; 5 km from the center of České Budějovice. The apartment is divided into two rooms - a kitchen, where there is a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, and a bedroom, where there is a sofa bed for 2 people and the possibility of an extra bed/crib. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle). The kitchen also includes a fireplace. The apartment has a shower and a separate toilet.

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

Furnished two-room ground-floor apartment 2+kk, size 40 m2, is located in a historic villa - Villa Harmony, from 1910, in a quiet neighborhood, near the castle and the Jelenka park and parking lot. The apartment includes a room with a double bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a room with two separate beds, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and an anteroom. The bathroom with toilet is pass-through when going to the second room - it is located between two rooms.

The nearest bus stop is about 2 minutes' walk. Due to the generous furnishings and arrangement, it is very suitable for business travelers and fitters.
