Loft apartment by the pond

The accommodation provides privacy - you have the entire apartment to yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, 2 beds on a folding bed with quality mattresses, 1 bed on a folding couch. You can enjoy a large terrace with seating. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walks or cycling in the nearby forests, or the opportunity to visit the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. Our family lives on the ground floor. You can relax, whether you're just passing through or want to stay for a few days.

Time out from everyday life

Everyone is welcome!! Comfort and relaxation in the LOG CABIN on the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is included. For NÖ-Card owners, but also without a card, we are very centrally located to various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg adventure gardens and much more. Winter closure from January 7th to February. Limited operation from February until the Easter holidays. The house is alive, so noises (e.g. woodworm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

Tiny House - Mühlviertel

Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! Vítám Vás v tomto prostorném a klidném ubytování. Domeček se nachází v zahradě plné květin, stromů, jahodníků, hortenzií, motýlů a zpěvného ptactva. Sdílet s námi budete zahradu. Milujeme zvířata, přírodu a psíka Pátka, který u nás bydlí. LIPAA je 3 minuty od autobusového nádraží. Do centra seběhnete z kopce za necelých 10 minut. Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.

Pond cottage with kitchenette, dining area and wet cell on the ground floor, also spacious covered terrace, barbecue area and play tower available. In the attic is the sleeping area with its own toilet. From the roof terrace, you have a magnificent view over the 2 connected fish ponds. Parking spaces for cars, tents or campers are available.
