Unfortunately, we only had one night because of our trip planning. The room - overlooking the Danube - and the bathroom are very modernly furnished and everything is clean. Jessica is a host with heart and prepared us a very nice breakfast.

An outdoor area features a stone patio with multiple black metal tables and chairs arranged for dining. A large barbecue grill stands prominently, with a serene water view and lush greenery in the background. The space offers a relaxed atmosphere for gatherings.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Breakfast and dinner were excellent – fresh, delicious and lovingly prepared. The house and garden are beautifully designed and invite you to relax. The location directly on the lake is fantastic, with wonderful walks in the surrounding area. We were able to enjoy nature to the fullest and would love to come back. I really like the little nest under the roof: everything you need, quietly located, shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. U-Bahn [subway] to the city center within walking distance. Alireza is very attentive and quick to communicate.

The townhouse in which the accommodation is located is a national cultural monument led on the Central List of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic. The building is the main entrance gate from the historical center of the monumental zone of the city of Třebíč – Karlovo náměstí, through the extremely sensitively renovated courtyard of the hotel on the waterfront of the Jihlava River, to the newly built footbridge for pedestrians and cyclists, which leads directly to the center of the Jewish Town and further to the castle complex of the city of Třebíč with the Basilica of St. Prokop.

Nice rooms, and very good value for money in general. The rooms come equipped with cutlery, a microwave, fridge with minibar as well as a small tv. They are very clean, and the bathrooms are modern. It is about a 15 minute walk to the city center as well. Lenka does speak relatively good English, so if you don’t speak Czech, you should be fine. Overall a very good stay, and I would book with Lenka again for sure.
