There are no neighbors (single location). The beautiful town of Jaidhof with a castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

For NÖ-Card holders, but also without a card, we are very central to various destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberger Adventure Gardens and much more. Winter closure from January 7th to February. February to Easter holidays limited operation. The house is alive, so noises (e.g. woodworm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

New and equipped cottage with a covered veranda in a quiet place on the edge of the Ratmírovský pond. There's a small extension at the back of the cottage where you can hide your bikes. Inside there is a hob, kettle, built-in fridge, microwave, air conditioning/el. heating, TV. Fee per dog 150,- /night Around the cottage is a large grassy plot and a fence. Welcome to Zwettl! We, Rosi and Hermann, are very happy to welcome you to our beautiful Waldviertel. We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Many toys, stuffed animals and board games await our little guests. We hope you have a nice stay with us!

Our cottage

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
