You can take a romantic boat ride on the pond or play ping-pong :-) If you want to enjoy nature to the fullest, you can swim right in the pond, which has a sandy entrance; otherwise, you can enjoy a dip in the cabin's pool. In the evening, we recommend watching the radky, ducks, swans, and maybe even kingfishers when grilling on the pond... .-)

The house is situated in a beautiful villa district above Vienna. The bus is a 5-minute walk, the tram to the city center is 10 minutes down the hill. There is an excellent restaurant in walking distance and an ice cream parlor in summer. Also a large outdoor swimming pool, the Schafbergbad. It is an ideal way to visit a city - a house completely in the countryside and yet in the city. Good running routes nearby that start right in front of the house.

The modern guest house is located directly on the World Heritage Trail at the foot of the Dürnstein Castle Ruins and is only a 3-minute walk from the center of Dürnstein.
