A nice place to stay awaits in a quiet location about 2 km from Stein, Kunstmeile, Donau-Uni and the Danube. The apartment is ideal for 2-4 guests, but can be occupied by a maximum of 5 guests. The location in the Alaun Valley, surrounded by forest and stream, impresses with its seclusion and the garden for relaxing and playing. Unfortunately, there is no cell phone network in the house and it is poor in the garden. For athletes, there are over 1000 climbing routes (see travel guide) as well as beautiful bike routes (bike storage available).

Living "in the middle of the field"

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

Here you will find peace and quiet in the midst of a breathtaking landscape.

In addition to the atmospheric view of the vineyards, there are extremely beautiful interiors with maximum feel-good effect. Apartment "Schön" - A screen-sized glass front looking in two directions, a bathtub with views of vineyards, a heavenly double bed, a private outdoor area and the well-equipped communal kitchen right next door. So many places and corners where you would like to drink a glass of wine.

Even the journey is decelerating, by car, bus, train. The enchanting landscape of the Waldviertel, the wildly romantic Thayatal have a relaxing effect. Micro house in Krems-Süd

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! On a few square meters, the small house offers everything you need for a cozy stay. Charming terrace included! Welcome!

Idyllic cottage in the Waldviertel

Perfect accommodation for quiet and relaxing days in the dreamy Waldviertel. Two donkeys, a couple of chickens, and two ducks can be observed daily from the garden of the property. In less than 15 minutes by car, Lake Ottenstein invites you to swim or the Ottenstein golf course with restaurant to enjoy. Inn culture, castles, palaces and local businesses are very close.

Our cottage

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. The property is located in the middle of Krems. 500 m from the train station and 400 m from the city center of Krems. There is a terrace and lots of shopping nearby. Parking is available right in front of the house. A small terrace to linger on the Krems River completes the offer of your stay. 5G Wi-Fi!!!
