The cottage has been renovated, has a separate entrance, bathroom and its own garden with pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one fold-out), a desk, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bookcase, and a kind, romantic atmosphere. There is peace and privacy. - In winter, it is heated, I will be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend you a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass only when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

Two bedrooms on first floor, and a walk-though room which can be used as an office. Heating and warm water provided through a kitchen stove, as well as additional heating through a traditional tile stove. Rooms on the first floor are heated through radiators. Built in kitchen, living and dining room on the ground floor. The attached "Stadl" (barn) contains the firewood.
