The apartment (37 m²) is located in a central district of Vienna (Vienna Margareten). Most of the buildings here are residential buildings (some still from the Gründerzeit period) and you will therefore find shops for everyday needs close by. You can reach the main train station or the city center in no more than 15 minutes by tram (lines 1 and 62). Get out of town, for example to the spa town of Baden or to the Heurigen in Gumpoldskirchen, directly by the Badner Bahn (from Laurenzgasse stop).
