Furthermore, this district has a very good infrastructure.

With its approximately 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, the Elster Park is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit period. The bright 97sqm loft on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (orientation northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock.
