The sunshine apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is equipped with a living room where a double bed and a sofa are available; in addition, there is a bathtub, toilet and shower in the bathroom! As a highlight, you can get directly from the bathroom into a spacious sauna, which is included in the price. During the stay, all things of everyday life, such as sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. are ready for them.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it!
