Unfortunately, after we had to cancel our stay with Birgit & Franz, it worked out this time. Starting with the very friendly communication and the very flexible check-in, about the warm welcome by the hosts, the apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean and tidy. We were also allowed to store the bikes in the carport. Since you live directly on the Danube bike path, it's a good idea to arrive with bicycles. All in all a nice stay - we felt really comfortable. Margit and her husband were so friendly and accommodating, you immediately felt at home. We received tips for activities and Margit took a lot of time to explain everything to us. We were always able to get in touch as soon as we had a concern and Margit and Harald were always available! It was great and we would always come back and recommend this accommodation!❤️

beautiful clean accommodation with windows to a quiet courtyard. we visited with a two-year-old daughter, for whom a high chair and toys were prepared. The kitchen was well-equipped, the shower in the kitchen didn't bother us. After our daughter snooze in the main room in the evening, we comfortably fit in the kitchen/balcony and could still sit in peace.

I had stayed at many air b n b’s over the years and Wilfred’s place is probably the nicest I have ever stayed. He is a very helpful and incredibly nice. His place is located in a perfect part of town. Close to many restaurants and public transportation is just a few minutes away. If going to Vienna I highly recommend this flat and if I go back I most certainly would book this again.

We had an excellent stay here! Perfect location, very walkable and easy access to public transportation, but just far enough away from the commotion that it is very peaceful and quiet at night. The furniture and particularly the bed were very comfortable. Well decorated and supplied, we felt right at home. The coffee arrangement was also fantastic! We loved it here and will be back!

Regina’s apartment was a beautiful haven in Vienna. We stayed 2 nights and appreciated the stylish apartment which had all that we could ask for. We really enjoyed the air conditioning on a hot day, cooking in the well set up kitchen and a comfortable nights sleep! The apartment is an easy walk to all the local sites and public transport.

I had an absolute wonderful time. I was there for a whole month. The location is great, there are plenty of shops and a beautiful par just around the corner. It’s easy to commute to the city. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and felt like home from the first moment. Thank you so much !

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. WOW! We were more than excited about the apartment! Rented the apartment for 5 months and felt right at home! No matter what concerns Sebastian & Januska were always there for us and helped and supported us immediately! I have never met such great landlords as the two. Whether Christmas Advent calendars, inflatable mattress for visit or a private booklet with all the important information, the two have thought of everything! Thanks for the great time in Vienna, anytime again!🫶🏽

Beautiful apartment, very nice area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The host Daria was super nice and helpful. The apartment faces the yard so it was very quite and we could sleep with open windows.

Real nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood, just like fifteen minutes from the train station. From there, you’re in downtown Vienna in another 15, easy. So in the end, you are pretty close to the heart of Vienna, but far enough from the noise and hustle. I totally recommend checking out Mödling - real charming little town with a lot to offer. The apartment itself super clean, spacious, and really well equipped. No complains. If it’s available next time, I’d definitely be happy to rent it again.

Great accommodation option in Vienna! Airy, bright, quiet apartment, extremely pleasant and functional decoration. It is 2 blocks from the tram stop and 3 blocks from the subway station that quickly connects to the city's main tourist attractions. Two supermarkets nearby and restaurants nearby. Very good shower!

Marion responded very quickly to all our questions before our stay. He welcomed us warmly and told us all the details about the house. The house was spotless and comfortable as it appears in the photos. Small gifts were also left. He also shared his own suggestions about the restaurants in the area. Everything was beautiful, if I come to Vienna again, I'd like to stay again.

An extremely well located apartment, roughly 15 minutes walk from the train station and just a minute or so from the main square. Despite many bars located close by we were never disturbed with noise. Lots of bakeries, cafes etc within the area. Would definitely stay again when based in the area.

The place is amazing and is as described. The fireplace and library definitely the highlight for me and most key locations are all walkable distance. For myself I like to make myself at home and cook and honestly you can tell the home is well looked after, the cook ware and cutlery all easy to find and whipped nice eggs benedicts and French toast for breakfast. I liked how they left enough material for an evening in. Really gave the place extra atmosphere. Cannot fault the flat and location. I was extremely satisfied with the place and the host. Everything was very straightforward from the get go.

The place was perfect for a short stay. The room is new, clean, and tidy, and the host was super helpful and welcoming. Would happily return and would recommend Christoph's place.

Katharina and Michael were friendly and helpful hosts! Her communication was particularly great. Within 10-15 minutes, I always received clear feedback. The apartment is as in the photos. Important note: there is no elevator. Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. But it is a good opportunity for movement and getting fit. 😉 Highly recommended!

The beautifully renovated old apartment is very spacious and tastefully decorated. You have plenty of storage space in a walk-in closet and various chests of drawers, so the apartment is also well suited for a longer stay. Everything was very clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Tram and bus stations are a few minutes' walk away. It takes a good 20 minutes to get to the center to St. Stephen's Cathedral. Great apartment! We enjoyed it very much here.

Melanie waited for me for a very late check in. Opened her home and made me feel immediate at home. From the cleanness to the aesthetics it more than met my needs and expectation. Nothing is missing in the place and Melanie is always available, responsive and very helpful. I am sure will try to come back again to this beautiful city and this matched in beauty, home.
