Apartment near Schönbrunn with private parking

The accommodation is on the lower floor of a beautiful newly built family home. The apartment is brand new, in the best condition. Everything is included: equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room, WiFi, TV, private parking space. The tram stop is only 3 minutes away from us. In 25-30 minutes you can reach the center. Quiet, green location near several sights (Schönbrunn, Hermessvilla, Lainzer Tiergarten...). We look forward to you.

Schauflerhof is surrounded by nature. You can walk all over and enjoy it. We have playgrounds and other things. In the apartment, you have two bedrooms, a toilet with shower, a little kitchen and a sleeping couch. There is floor heat all over. So it is perfect when you want to be close to the nature and still have a normal bed and toilet.

Log cabin in nature

Nice log cabin in the middle of nature. Attached is a small playground and campfire area. Full kitchen and large lounge/dining room. Not far from the stream (~ 4 km) for cozy bathing hours. There are many alpine pastures and cycling routes in the surrounding area. There is currently no shower available.

Oasis of Silence

First of all, there is a lot of peace and quiet here. The house is located in a secluded area, with access for vehicles and pedestrians, a long distance from the national highway. The pool offers a unique atmosphere and the garden is a good place to meditate outdoors with birdsong in the background.

Nice Poolhouse above Klagenfurt

The little Poolhouse is standing right next to the swimming pond with possibility to use the hot pot just next to it. A pine barrel sauna is available for use upon request.
