Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Austria

One of the best airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Very clean, has everything a person might need (we even found a blender to make some milkshakes). The view from the house is amazing and we were especially happy to watch the cows who came by every day. Christine was super friendly and very helpful when we tried to find the place in the dark. Overall an amazing stay to get away from the city.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

This place itself was on an amazing spot with a widespread view to the nature on hillside. It is almost close to any good hiking routes around by 20-40 minutes of drive depending on the route you choose besides its pretty calm. Mathias and Anita were super friendly and responsive. They provided us with alot of tips, info and were very helpful! We had an amazing time at their place.

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly equipped, so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable vacation! We will be happy to come back.

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

We had a great time at this beautiful house! We were two couples with two babies and we had comfort and plenty of space for everyone. The balcony has a beautiful view and it's fun to hang out there. The kitchen is spotless and comfortable to cook in. The house was clean and stunning. Thank you so much for being a magical host

We felt comfortable immediately upon arrival, the apartment is small, but very lovingly and practically designed. Everything you need, even for self-catering, is available and of high quality. Marlene is an extremely friendly and helpful hostess who also gives you tips for activities. In addition, plenty of brochure material is available. Pauli and Leo also make the stay very special.

We absolutely loved Stefan's cabin. The location is fantastic, along the river and the sauna is a perfect touch. It was really clean and everything is incredibly well thought through. It's the perfect place to unwind - would really recommend!

Highlight of our Austrian vacation. Beautiful location, peaceful and quiet. Place is well built and maintained with all amenities needed. 10/10. And to Claudia and her family, 100/10. She was most helpful and polite, always available and did more than one can even ask for. If you find it available, book it.

This bnb was convenient to Salzburg yet also had a secluded and private feel to it. Only a few km from Salzburg, this spacious rental was large enough for my family of 5. The property backed up to a beautiful forest and creek. Bea was a great host, giving local recommendations, clear check in instructions, and responded promptly to any needs we had.

The apartment is cozy and functional as pictured and there is everything you need to spend a few pleasant days and immerse yourself in the naturalness and peace of the place. Looking out in the morning and seeing the mountains on the horizon offers a priceless sense of serenity. The apartment is only accessible by car (the roads are paved and not winding) and there is no civility in the immediate vicinity, in fact it is necessary to reach the town 6 km away for a well-stocked grocery store or skirt the lake for some restaurants about 15 minutes away. Salzburg is about a 30-40-minute drive away. For us, the accommodation was the ideal choice, as it allowed us to enjoy a moment of tranquility away from the chaos of the city. We had a wonderful time at Gabriele's place! I was there with my girlfriend and her dog and we felt very welcome from the first moment. The property is beautifully located – especially the terrace with the view of the colorful flower meadow, the adjacent forest and the mountain was really nice. Perfect for relaxing and unwinding! Gabriele, her husband and her dear dog welcomed us warmly and were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. You can tell that she is a hostess with a lot of love and dedication. A very special highlight was the breakfast: simply the absolute best! Gabriele prepares everything with great care and even bakes her delicious pastries herself – a real treat that we won't soon forget. We can warmly recommend a stay with Gabriele

Juliane is a super host! Super flexible and helpful. The place is beautiful and large. The adjacent café/restaurant below is very convenient. We will be happy to come back!

Fritz was a wonderful host. We loved staying on the peaceful farm and feeding g the goats and cows. If you want a rustic setting outside the city, this is a great choice. I would recommend renting a car.

Beautiful house on a hill and surrounded by greenery. An idyllic place, very friendly hosts. The only thing to keep in mind for those who want to stay is that the road to reach the place is unpaved. The only thing that's a little uncomfortable about the house is that the bathroom is on the ground floor and the bedrooms are on the second floor; there's only one bathroom. Overall a great stay!

My partner and I really enjoyed staying at the Holzknechthütte. The accommodation is rustic and simple and still offers some comfort (warm water for the bathtub outside, small fridge, Wi-Fi, electric stove and wood stove, running cold water in the cottage, kettle, pots and pans, dishes). The location is quiet, surrounded by nature and yet easily accessible: by car via the forest road or on foot from Lunz am See via the beautiful and interesting railway adventure trail (duration about 1.5 hours). On site, the contact person was very accommodating and friendly. In the rain, it is a little cramped in the cottage, but it is well insulated and remained warm even in cool temperatures.

Very idyllic location with a fantastic view. The comfort of running water and electricity. We enjoyed the stay with our baby very much and we didn't miss anything. When it was cool, we were able to heat up well with the oven without any problems and for the beautiful weather we even got deck chairs - a dream! Be sure to ask Klara for milk and eggs from the farm at check-in. You should bring everything yourself (there is no soap or the like).

We felt so comfortable and let the soul really unwind! The cabin is very cozy and lovingly furnished. The terrace overlooking the horses is fantastic. Andreas is super nice and helpful! We will be happy to come back!

We experienced Daniela's hospitality as a warm blanket. She makes you feel completely at home as a guest and you lack nothing. They will be there for you together, e.g. due to the snow on the approach route, her husband drove our car up so we knew how to do it. The location is exceptionally beautiful! Lots of privacy. Cozy decor. All comfort is present. We have used the unique outdoor pool several times; wonderfully relaxed (you should take the time to heat and also enjoy). Immediately from the alpine hut you can walk. In the further area there are also many hiking opportunities. For example, you will be in Heiligenblut in 20 min. at the Grossklockner. The locals we met during the walks are really friendly and helpful; nice contacts. We loved the stay.

We had an amazing stay. Andrea is super nice and very responsive, the house is beautiful and just like on the pictures including a sauna and a hot pot. We will come back for sure.

We found the communication with Julia as a host to be very pleasant, she is super nice and very accommodating. Even before the trip, we got a small sweet guidebook with various activities in the nearby area. :) We were expecting a lovingly furnished accommodation in a picturesque setting. The many hiking opportunities in the area are fertile, but especially the idyllic garden of the accommodation invites you to linger. The attention to detail in the accommodation also continues here in the garden and makes a stay an unforgettable memory that leaves nothing to be desired 🥰
