This place is charming, clean well equipped and perfect for a day or night before a flight. Claudio is such a gracious and helpful host. He offers airport pickups and drop off which is convenient. He also lives close by and can help with anything when needed. He and his wife make sure you’re comfortable and you have everything you need. Lovely people! The house itself has everything you need and more. The front yard has nice outdoor seating to relax. The neighborhood has many restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to stay near the airport.

Antonella is a wonderful host. Friendly, helpful and proactive. Checkin was easy and punctual considering it was Easter Sunday. Antonella managed to secure us a favorable rate for a car rental at Ciotti Car Rental and was instrumental in helping us print our tickets to local sites and offering advice on local attractions. This rental is exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet and has everything you need for your stay. The sun room is an added bonus which we used daily. The grounds are private, quiet and picturesque. We would definitely stay here again. This location is not really walkable as the local roads do not have a shoulder to walk on and traffic zooms by at very high speeds. If you are going to stay here I highly recommend a car rental. Overall our stay was absolutely fabulous thanks in a big part to a wonderful host.

The apartment that Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

Great place to stay in Anzio!

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful and very large villa, equipped with all comforts both in the interior spaces and in the pool area. We really appreciated Isa's availability to extend the check-out time as she had no reservations for the same day. Highly recommended!

David couldn’t have been a better host, being very friendly and offering extra services that mad our stay comfortable. the place was very large, very clean and had everything you need. The Added touches give the place so much charm and we wish we stayed longer.

Super helpful. The accommodation is very well maintained and has direct access to Neptune Beach. A real surprise. We will definitely be back. Very helpful host and allowed us to have flexible check-out times.

Mariella is really fantastic, she informed us right away as soon as we had a question, when we arrived we had cakes, the accommodation is good, very clean and well located for going to the beach and restaurants. We went by train from Rome (except Friday, train strike), it is very easy and we finished our journey after the wonderful city of Rome in Nettuno. We just found the beach of Nettuno dirty (maybe in the summer season it's cleaner)

Loved visiting Anzio and Nettuno and staying in Stefano’s place! Short walk to the beach and into town where there is the port, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, etc. Beaches are gorgeous and the cave/tunnels and ruins were an added adventure.

We enjoyed staying at the place very much! A well-kept apartment with great views and a beautiful balcony where you can sit comfortably in the evening. The path to the beach is also very short, so you can easily cope with a toddler. We will be happy to come back.

Such a cute place! Walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, and the beach, and the best gelato we had on our trip! Paola was an amazing host with one of the cutest decorated places I’ve stayed. She left drinks, a meal, and lots of recommendations. Bed is comfy, house was spotless. Perfect Airbnb

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! If we could give more stars, we would! this was the most beautiful apartment and location, fairy tale surroundings and gorgeous gardens everywhere, church bells and a castle to explore. Walking distance to the metro. 4 amazing restaurants, bakery and gelato within mere steps from our door and a grocery store across the street. The apartment was very clean, beautifully furniahed and decorated, comfortable and self entry key access was easy. Frederika was extremely responsive, helpful and very nice. We would definitely stay again if in the area!!

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

We checked into Stefano’s place after a sleepless flight in preparation for our upcoming wedding. The place was easy to find, spotless and cozy, in a super convenient area with a pizzeria/cafe next door and a short walk to the beautiful seaside with amazing restaurants. We had a comfortable, well needed rest before our journey. With a contactless check out, we thought we would be on our way. Stefano stopped by to say goodbye just as we were realizing the tire on our rental had a flat! He was an absolute saviour by helping us call roadside assistance, use the tire repair kit, and leave the sad rental car in his parking spot until it could be towed. The Airbnb Stefano has is a fantastic, but the real gem has been dealing with Stefano himself. Grazie mille and we will be back!

Cristiano was an amazing communicator. He gave us thorough check in instructions and also tips for Rome. We stayed in 8 cities all throughout Italy and this was my favorite! So clean and cozy. I loved the bedding and cute kitchen. Cristiano left wine, biscuits, and tea for us!

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

Very beautiful and comfortable place to stay the pictures are exactly the same as showing, a lot of restaurants and places to go. A little bit far from the city for public transportation. Love this place sorry we just stay for one night. Definitely going back.
