Bellissimo monolocale in provincia di Roma nel comune di Marino. Presenta una camera da letto e lettino da campeggio per un bambino con angolo cottura, bagno e un bel giardino privato con barbecue. Da qui raggiungere Roma è facile, a 300mt è presente la stazione ferroviaria che in 25min arriva alla stazione Termini. A 200mt c'è la fermata dell'autobus che vi portera' alla metro A E alle meraviglie dei Castelli Romani. L'aeroporto di Ciampino a soli 4 minuti il bambino paga 5 €in più al giorno

The house is suitable for those who would like to relax in silence from the hustle and bustle of the city, make a barbecue on their site, immerse themselves in the tranquility of country houses.

The house, 80 square meters, has two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The house is located in a quiet area 2 km from the sea and the center of Nettuno. It has a large garden with a swimming pool where adults can relax and children can play freely and safely. There is a barbecue and wood-burning oven in the garden.
