Casa Filomena

LauraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our time at Anna's place. She was always friendly, helpful and open. We were able to park our car in the garden, but did not need it for our excursions - so if you are reluctant to drive in Italy, you can safely do without a car here; bus and train take you to Sorrento, Capri or Naples without (major) problems. The place was as described, spices, as well as oil were even available. You could help yourself to the lemons and basil; we were happy to do so with hot lemon and spaghetti with basil. A supermarket was a 5-minute walk away. The washing machine was also very helpful for us. We reluctantly left our favorite place under the lemon tree.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay—it was truly an amazing experience. Lorenzo went above and beyond, offering great recommendations for walkable restaurants and even those providing transportation for dinner and boat tours. This dreamy spot is perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful, magical, and authentic Italian getaway. Beyond our expectations, Highly recommend!

Teresa was a wonderful host. From the moment I booked her apartment, she was very helpful. Teresa went above and beyond to give me information about traveling to the Amalfi Coast. She helped with ways to arrive in Minori. I didn’t know that it was easier to take a train from where we were arriving from. She provided me with helpful tips as I was planning my trip. Teresa has an assistant, Mario who helps with bringing luggage to her apartment because there are a lot of steps. I was traveling with my mom who has a bit of a hard time with all the steps in and around the Amalfi Coast and Mario was so helpful every step of the way. Minori is absolutely breathtaking and it’s a 5 minute walk to the center of the village. The ferry is a 5 minute walk and so are the buses, restaurants and shopping. Easily accessible to Amalfi, Positano, Capri etc. We absolutely loved how accessible Teresa apartment was to everything. Teresa was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. 🤍

Villa with Jacuzzi & breathtaking view AmalfiCoast

It is hard to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay here. First of all, Gabriella is a FANTASTIC host. From the moment we started communicating she was so helpful, booking activities for us and arranging for taxis with drivers who were so friendly. And her father, Giuseppe, was so warm and welcoming as well. The home was absolutely spotless, had so many amenities, and Gabriella provided so many thoughtful and nice touches that made us feel so well loved and cared for. They truly felt like family. We were here celebrating two 25th anniversaries between our two families, as well as the graduation of our children from high school. We could not have picked a more beautiful and special place. Two of our outings - a boat tour to Capri that started and ended in Amalfi and hiking the Path of the Gods, finishing in Positano - made us feel even better about our choice of where to stay. Those other two cities were packed, but Furore was so peaceful. We highly recommend this lovely home!

Villa with private pool in Sorrento/Amalfi Coast

MicheleRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Where do I begin? Everything was PERFETTO! The home was absolutely gorgeous with views from two small terraces off of the bedroom and living room overlooking the cliff homes and the bay. The sunsets were breathtaking from 5 different outside terraces that cascaded down alongside the house from the pool down. The delicious homemade lemoncello left for us and the nice breakfast snacks were wonderful with our morning coffee. There is also a menu to have food delivered which was great after a long day of walking. Our host Antonino was fantastic! He stopped in to meet us, helped with suggestions, and helped carry our luggage to the car when leaving. The "supermercato" was cute and more like one of our corner stores but had everything we needed. This was by far our favorite stay during our holiday. Peaceful, quiet, and serene. If I get the chance, I will definitely stay here again. Antoni was accommodating, went out of his way, and was a super, super, super host! I cried happy tears!

Amalfi coast: a full immersion in paradise!

LindsayRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Antonio and his staff were extremely kind and warm hearted during every interaction of our stay. They provided breakfast, including fresh baked croissants, and the best fresh bread I’ve ever tasted each morning, in addition to delicious juice. Antonio helped set up a private boat excursion through his friend Marcello, and even drove us directly to the port for easy access to the boat (and picked us up after our five hour ride). The highlight was definitely our private Cooking Class, which came with much more than advertised, including a taste of several homemade liquors made of walnuts, lemons, and pomegranates. He has put in so much work in restoring this once abandoned property to become a charming getaway, and our favorite part was the abundance of fruit trees, and all the herb bushes one could need for fresh herbal tea. The area is not necessarily very walkable, but Antonio was glad to drive us anywhere we wanted to go, including the airport at the end of our stay.

Spectacular Penthouse with view Vesuvius ,Naples

Great location for exploring Naples and the wider area. We went to Capri (Ferry). Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius (metro & train) during our 4 night stay and all easily accessible. The apartment has a wonderful terrace where we ate breakfast & chilled at night. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. I highly recommend this apartment.

[Jacuzzi - Historical Center] Drop of S. Gennaro

ZaraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Very central location, super close to everything and easy to get to from the station. I booked it with my cousin and I would say it is more suited to a couple as the place leans more ‘romantic’ but still a great place to stay for good value in the heart of napoli. Would recommend!

I cannot praise Raffaele enough. To me, he represents the essence of what this platform aspires to be. I am not a frequent Airbnb user, but he is hands down the best host I have ever had. He is attentive, proactive, kind, passionate about his town, and considerate with the local community. You feel like you are visiting a friend that helps you organise a trip to their town.

THE HOUSE ON THE WATER

EugenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This location is unique and we got to spend a few days as if it was ours. If you are ready to climb quite a few a few steps to the street, get your cardio on, you'll feel better about the pizza you just ate... Giuseppe was always quick to respond to any questions we had, offered good local recommendations, and helped with booking a taxi one morning.
