Villa Kinga 1

Villa Kinga is about 100 m from the sea and about 250 m from Marechiaro Train Station. Villa Kinga 1 apartment of 65 square meters consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room with kitchenette and 1 bathroom. Outside, on the patio, there is a private jacuzzi. There is also a sauna and outdoor swimming pool in common with guests of the Villa Kinga 2 apartment. It is possible, for greater privacy, to rent both apartments, which can be connected through a door, and have the entire villa to yourself.

My family and I live nearby, but the house is totally independent. Check-in is possible after 4 p.m.

Penthouse in Santa Teresa with a large terrace equipped with sofas, armchairs, sunbeds, umbrella and a large table for magnificent outdoor dinners without being overlooked by other buildings but with a breathtaking view of the ruins of the Roman theater. The apartment consists of a living room and dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A few minutes' walk to the station and the center of Anzio.

Il Melograno: Tourist Accommodation

Il Melograno is an independent vacation home but adjacent to the owners' home with private parking. The house, 80 square meters, has two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The house is located in a quiet area 2 km from the sea and the center of Nettuno. It has a large garden with a swimming pool where adults can relax and children can play freely and safely. There is a barbecue and wood-burning oven in the garden.

This place has a strategic location, in the center of Genzano di Roma. It is 300 m from the bus by Roma metro Anagnina and by Ciampino airport. A few minutes from the beautiful Lake Nemi and in the heart of the regional park of Roman castles. The accommodation is full of sculptures, drawings, oils and ancient and hillside objects. Furniture made by my custom dad 2 double bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a small terrace, sofa bed and all amenities.

The apartment is a five-minute walk from the beaches, the marina and the railway station that connects Nettuno with Roma Centro in less than an hour. The apartment has 3 TVs , air conditioning to cool off from hot summer days and Wi-Fi The apartment has outdoor spaces (3 balconies and a large terrace) to enjoy the summer of Nettuno.
