Our beautiful cottage for adults only is set on a private spring fed pond with all amenities to unwind from the day-to-day hustle. A porch with rocking chairs, brick fire pit and outdoor lighting in the courtyard make this your destination for relaxation. Take a walk in the 20 acres of wooded trails, fish, kayak, paddleboat, read a book, write, listen to music or just take a nap. This property lets you unplug from the world, relax, and connect with nature without giving up modern conveniences.

Lake House with Amazing Views

Amazing location right on Lake Erie. This cozy lake house has a large kitchen, full bathroom and a living room/bedroom with king-size bed. The cottage is off by itself so you can enjoy your seclusion, but we live about 200 feet away so we can assist you if you need us. Enjoy a morning coffee on the deck while watching nature, spectacular sunsets on the private patio, and falling asleep to the sounds of the lake. You will be blown away by the beauty and peacefulness of this amazing cottage.

Sunset cottage is lakefront and lake view. Enjoy the water just a few steps away, or while sitting on your own personal deck. Hot tub with lake view on your deck. This is one of our two our modern-rustic, guest cottages, next to our home. If you need two cottages, check out water’s edge cottage. Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

The perfect place to escape to nature and serenity as you relax in front of the wood stove in our cozy cottage! under 3 minutes from Saugatuck Dunes State park, which leads to Lake Michigan (a 5 minute bike ride). 5 minutes from Downtown Saugatuck and all kinds of local shops, restaurants, and entertainment! 10-15 minutes from Holland for enjoying annual festivals such as Tulip Time or Girlfriends' weekend Downtown!
