Vacation rentals with a pool in Nettuno

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Oak. It’s a really stunning house and was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the pool and gardens. It was spotless, well equipped and check in was very easy. Great location with a supermarket only 5 minutes drive away. We had trips out the Castel Gandolfo, lake Albano and the Tivoli gardens. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a beautiful beachside villa with a private pool and wonderful outdoor dining. We enjoyed ourselves from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! The private beach is just a short five-minute walk away. Gloria connected me with Claudia, who was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and full of joy. Note: The pool is on a lower level than the house.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

We have recently returned from a fantastic week at the property in Anzio. The house was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed including access to the pool. It allowed us to take some time out from visiting Rome to enjoy a few quieter days during our stay to rest and relax. The property was clean and well equipped and communication throughout was very good. A big thank you goes out to Hans for allowing guests to stay at the wonderful house and to Valeria for being so welcoming on our arrival and making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

We were excited about the delightful, clean and cozy structure. I highly recommend it to all types of families to stay in tranquility and serenity, we will definitely be back!

Very nice, friendly and helpful host, very attentive to the needs of us who have a small child. He left us bottles of fresh water in the refrigerator and lots of cold cuts, milk, jams and many other products. The pool and outdoor spaces are very well maintained, and the house is very clean. When we needed it for a small problem, he solved it in five minutes. For those who want to stay in complete relaxation, I highly recommend it.

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was very accommodating since the original home was not ready for guests. They provided our family with another home on the same property. We spent our days in Rome and relaxed in the pool in the evenings! It was a great combination of busy tourist city exploration and laid back Italian countryside villa in the evening. It could use some upgrades. We understand it was a very hot time of year, so persianas in the windows to keep the home cooler in the summer or possible AC. Our host did proved us with extra fans for all the bedrooms. We had to sleep with windows open, so there were many mosquitoes.We had a small issue with a faucet that continued to turn on, we believe because of high water pressure. Also the toilet kept running. The caretaker’s tried to fix the issue in a timely manner. The home was rustic yet had all the essentials. The atmosphere was wonderful. The pool was always so clean. Fantastic relaxing AirBnB for our family of 7!

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

We had a fantastic stay! Barbara went above and beyond—especially by setting up the pool on such short notice, which truly made the trip extra special. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the effort she put into accommodating our last-minute request. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again! Great value for money! The apartment is very clean, nice, and located right in the heart of town, which made everything super convenient. Do note, it may not be ideal for taller people as the ceilings are low in some areas, but it’s a lovely, cozy space overall. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Elvira and her husband Marco were very very warm and super friendly!! They were always there if we needed help and were always available to us! The place was impeccable, clean and just sweet. The house is beautiful and you can fully enjoy the summer here😍 Towards the end, they even gave us a farewell gift, very very sweet and thoughtful.🥹 I can recommend this place and these hosts 100%!
