Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, on every level with great views of the sea. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking is available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us, it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

We had a great time staying at the large spacious villa. A real nice view from the terrace on the pool and sea and garden! Very friendly and helpful host Guiseppe. I can really recommend this beautiful villa!

The accommodation is part of a beautiful house with a garden. They separated a part but with independent access and clearly delimited areas. At dawn, only blackbirds, turtle doves and wood pigeons can be heard. Breakfast in the garden is very nice. Cool rooms with very high ceilings. Excellent door and window closures. Kitchen with everything you'll need. It is easily parked at the gate. We felt right at home. Beach five or ten minutes away. Bus stop within 5 minutes. Mini apartment in a very beautiful historic building with access to a panoramic terrace overlooking the rooftops of Palermo. Extremely convenient location for visiting the city on foot and the possibility of leaving cars in a private parking lot closed by a gate. Clean apartment equipped with everything you need for a short stay, including a kitchenette. Host available for advice and very kind. Absolutely recommended

As a solo traveller or for a small family this place is just PERFECT!!! A bit noisy but once the windows are closed, you are home! In a spacious, clean, confortable appartment with everything you need! It is close to the station and all main attractions! A real gem!

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

The apartment was clean, in a historic neighborhood, and the bed and linens comfortable. Fulvio was an amazing host, with lots of suggestions, sitting down to meet us upon arrival and quick to respond. There was some noise coming from local construction and a restaurant's kitchen across the street, but it was nothing we couldn't sleep through.

The building which houses this apartment is spectacular in its somewhat faded grandeur. The staircase to the apartment is so impressive. Inside, the living space is huge, decorated with an eclectic collection of furniture, opening out to a superb view across the Palermo roof tops and church spires. It has a wonderful bohemian feel. A very tall spiral staircase takes you to the bedroom upstairs. I didn’t bother trying to get my case up there! The hustle and bustle of daily life takes place right below you, with the market just along the back street. Also close to the station and easy walking to all the sites of Palermo. If you don’t mind a few quirks of an old building, and enjoy a home decorated with a personal touch ( no generic furniture here!) then you’ll love Lydia’s apartment. She is amazingly attentive and on hand if needed. Highly recommend.

Paola’s place is beautiful and in a perfect location. It had everything we needed. The outdoor patio was amazing with views of the old town. Paola was always available when we had questions. Would definitely go back!

Our stay in Valeria’s apartment in Palermo was outstanding. The space is amazing, with terraces on either side with dozens of spectacular plants. The design of the apartment is impeccable with so many thoughtful touches from artwork on the walls to interesting objects and topnotch furniture. We did a lot of cooking, availing ourselves of the incredible Capo market produce and the kitchen was perfectly apportioned with everything we needed. Also, we had never been to Palermo before, so we studied the layout of the city in advance and found that we had correctly determined that Valeria’s apartment is in a perfect location. It’s on the edge of all the neighborhoods of the old city, but also positioned to take advantage of the broad boulevards and stores and restaurants in the attractive Politeama neighborhood—the best of both worlds. There is a great elevator, as the apartment is on the top floor. We wish we could keep the secret for ourselves but that would not be fair.

As soon as we entered the apartment, it felt very good. It is a spacious apartment with lots of light, beautiful large window doors, a beautiful terrace and it is in a super location, a dead-end street where there is little traffic, so it is quiet. It is also in the middle of the centro storico, so everything is within walking distance. The best restaurants are also very close. It was an unforgettable stay for us.

This is the perfect place from which to explore the wonderful historic centre of Palermo! The flat is gloriously restored - you feel like Sicilian nobility strolling through the beautiful rooms on cool tiled floors and out onto the balconies. We arrived late in the evening but this was not a problem, Anna and her father could not have been more accommodating. There is a vibrant and bustling market in the street outside (but this was no bother at all from the first floor).

We had a lovely stay at the Tiny House of Salvatore and Giuseppe. The apartment and the huge terrace were perfect for a chill vacation. Giuseppe made sure that we have everything we need and also helped us out when we had further wishes. We would definitely love to come back ❤️

Such a brilliant place to stay – it looked even better than the photos, with so many thoughtful details/decor. It was one of the best-equipped Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Having laundry, kitchen equipment, and air conditioning was perfect for our week-long stay. The location is somehow right in the heart of the action, yet still peaceful and private. Maria gave us some fantastic recommendations for food and drinks (even some vegetarian places for me!), and the hosts were communicative and helpful without ever being overbearing. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, and Maria kindly let us check in slightly early, which we really appreciated. The flat itself is gorgeous and was absolutely perfect for us. Thank you so much, Maria and Alessandro - we’re already planning our next trip to Palermo!

Awesome place. Spacious and spotless. Lovely balcony area with a beautiful view of the city. Well located within walking distance of everything, but still in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Caterina was an excellent host, really responsive and offered recommendations for delicious food and other things to do. I’d go back again.
