The passion for Rome and the desire to make others aware of the beauty of the neighborhood in which I was born prompted me to create a space with attention to detail, to ensure comfort and style. A few steps from the Colosseum, you can experience the authentic atmosphere of the historic center, among picturesque alleys, artisan shops and typical restaurants, discovering all the charm of the Eternal City.

Nestled within a historic building facing one of the most iconic squares in the world, this one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and boasts modern amenities and an enviable patio, perfect for alfresco dinners. Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The house is in the oldest square of Orvieto, San Giovenale with the beautiful 11th-century Romanesque church. A small loggia with breathtaking views of the Paglia valley from where you can see Mount Amiata, Mount Cetona and Mount Peglia. Furnished with bespoke furniture made by master carpenters from Orvieto, the wooden ceilings on the first floor and the handmade terracotta floor make it a charming accommodation in which to spend a wonderful stay in Orvieto.
