Vacation rentals with a patio in Nettuno

Great little bnb. A little far from the city center of Rome, but that wasn’t on the host. Great area near the beach. Many restaurants and things to do around the area. Huge patio!

Wonderful and peaceful stay at Fabrizio’s apartment. Came in on a late flight. The check-in was seamless due to his proactiveness and clear instructions. The apartment felt like home and was restful. Highly recommend.

Amazing location and place in Ostia! Walkable to beach and train station. The terrace was wonderful for our family is 6. My kids loved the bunk beds and the 2 bathrooms were so helpful.

Massimo’s apartment was a beautiful, peaceful oasis of cool for a few very hot days in Rome. It was lovely to come out of Rome on the train and only have a short walk back home with the welcome relief of a/c to turn on. Massimo and his son were wonderful hosts, meeting us and showing us round the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they showed us the way to a very good restaurant and Massimo even arranged a taxi for us back to the airport, which was quite a bit cheaper than an Uber. We would definitely recommend them if you want to be a little bit out of town.

Paolo and Claudio are very nice hosts. Communication and check-in was easy. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The private and quiet balcony is very inviting. To explore Rome, it was a good decision to spend a few days here. We felt very safe and comfortable and gladly recommend the apartment. Thanks Paolo and Claudio.

Cozy, clean, well-organized environment with a beautiful terrace exclusively available! Very comfortable TV in the bedroom that can rotate to be seen comfortably on the terrace under the stars! We were also recommended a great typical Roman restaurant in the area, where we ate really well!

The place looks better than in the pictures and Sabrina is very helpful, she helped us with ordering a taxi to the airport.

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

An amazing place and neighborhood that is welcoming and all green. The location is amazing and walkable to restaurant and the supermarket around the corner was a big plus. The house is as same as seen in the website and even better. The host is amazing and she was waiting for us to show us all details and to give local recommendations. She was very communicative with speed of response to whatever we needed.

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Daniela was a really great host. She was very welcoming and generous with tips. We very much enjoyed the house. it had everything we hoped for, and it was super close to beach. We stayed here for the last 2 days of our Italy trip; highly recommend if you want to enjoy beach and be close enough to airport to drive there on your departure day

We had a very nice stay. The place is really very nice and great for a family with kids. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a large cozy living room. The kids loved the cats. We were in Rome twice. 10 min to the train station by car and then another 20 minutes by train to Rome Termini, really very straightforward. We can only recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back.

He was outside ready to greet us, easy and clear instructions. The location was perfect and lots of beach bars to attend. Great access into Rome via train so good all round.

Very cozy apartment, clean, with all comforts, it is located in a strategic point for Zoomarine, Cinecittà Word. Suitable for a family with 1 child The only flaw, if we can call it that, is the mosquitoes.

We stayed here two nights, the house is small, entrance with kitchen, sofa bed and table, then bathroom and bedroom with double bed. Very clean house equipped with everything you need (dishes, coffee machine, clean towels, air conditioning) The owners are very helpful and very friendly people, they welcomed us in person and showed us the house. We'll definitely be back as we had a great time! The area is close to the sea and close to supermarkets, a car is recommended to get around.

The best Airbnb experience for us so far! Marco helped me prepare for a marriage proposal, which I really appreciated. Upon our arrival, we asked about good restaurants, and he gave us a quick tour of the area, sharing his insider tips(amazing food!). We are a family of 4 + dog. We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect - everything is within walking distance, and there are many lovely shops and cafes nearby. The apartment itself is comfortable and nicely decorated. One of the highlights is the beautifully landscaped surroundings, which add to the overall charm of the place. The proximity to many great places to explore was a huge plus. I appreciated the convenience and tranquility of the location. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We found the apartment perfect for a seaside vacation. The short way to the beach is just great. There is everything you need nearby, groceries, restaurants, umbrella rental…. We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!
