I would highly recommend this place. Very stylish & my family had a great time. We loved the balconies; one over the street & the other over a beautiful private courtyard. My family had to change their plans at the last minute due to the rail strike & Fraceco went out of his way to make the apartment available. Did I mention the beach? simply incredible 😲

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Rosalba and Luce were very helpful and kind, they welcomed me so well that I felt like I was at home. Lots of beds and a large garden for the dog to play and the possibility of spending good moments outdoors. Highly recommended.

My experience was perfect. The area was quiet and equipped with all the necessary services (bar, supermarket, restaurants, bus stop, etc.). The apartment is very nice, very clean and easy to find. The terrace is very spacious and comfortable. Monia was fantastic: despite my short notice, she managed to get me to check in at the time that suited me, she made breakfast available and was flexible for my check-out. And in any case, he was available to help me with anything. I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again!

Cozy, clean, well-organized environment with a beautiful terrace exclusively available! Very comfortable TV in the bedroom that can rotate to be seen comfortably on the terrace under the stars! We were also recommended a great typical Roman restaurant in the area, where we ate really well!

We had a good stay at Sharohn's place. Nice clean modern apartment, close to shops and attractions in Ostia Antica. Nice views of the castle from the large balcony. Train station for Rome is about 10 minutes walk. We had a car and there is no off-street parking at the apartment, but the parking on the street was fine when we were there, with a free parking area just around the corner. Quite a bit of noise from all the incoming planes landing at Rome FCO, but if you close the windows it is quite quiet inside the apartment. Overall a clean and nice place to stay, good communication with the two co-hosts.

My wife stayed, I just booked, so I'm reporting what I was told. Very nice, well-kept, clean apartment in a beautiful residential complex/neighborhood. Easy access, the host is super helpful. The only problem, which is not about the accommodation, is that, having booked to visit the Romics (comics/anime event in Rome Fiera), we understood that it was possible to reach the event with a 10-minute walk. It is actually further away, but 10 minutes away, perhaps less, is the train stop in Leonardo, which is one stop from the Fair

If I could give 10 stars I would give her 11, Franca was very helpful and patient. The house is very nice and has all the necessary amenities to make the most of your stay. Franca paid particular attention to my daughter's needs, from the corner covers to the flexible check-out. We will definitely be back!!

It’s difficult to go anywhere without a car in Latina. Unfortunately we can’t rent a car since it’s Friday when we arrived there, and Sat & Sunday are holidays and the car rental companies will be closed. The host is extremely helpful and took us the things we needed in the house.

We had a really good time, we left with slightly high expectations, from the description and photos, and we were not disappointed at all. Fantastic location, in the middle of greenery but not too secluded, comfortable apartment with what you need, and even something more (tea and coffee available for guests). But what made the difference was especially the outdoor spaces, the garden, and the pool. Paolo and Julia were great hosts. Their dog Lia, polite and never intrusive, my daughter fell in love with it! We were so sorry to have to leave. We highly recommend it, we hope to have a chance to go back

Massimo's home was a nice place to relax after a busy day in nearby Rome. The location is really decent if you don't mind a short car then train ride. The train one-way to Rome Termini was 2.50 euro and 30 mins. The room and bathroom were lovely and private, exactly as described and in photos. In the room is a fridge and microwave, tv with Netflix. The cappuccino every morning was really amazing and they did offer a typical Italian breakfast but I didn't eat much too early. My stay was shorter than expected and he approved my early check-out and help me organize a taxi to get to the airport as needed. Massimo was so gracious and flexible to drop me off to Frascati station and pick me up as needed. He was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The train station was very accessible and felt safe and clean. The lovely, peaceful town of Frascati near the airbnb was complete with shops, restaurants and gelato.

The room is super cozy and has everything you need. In front of the house there is always a free parking space as well as the bus stop and in any case close to the town center. The host is super helpful, kind, and welcoming. Recommended!

The place is a dream. The rooms are lovingly cleaned every day. Wonderful breakfast. Perla and Riccardo are friendly, helpful and incredibly nice, caring hosts. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and all this overlooking the sea and only 30 minutes away from Rome. Will be back! Thanks Perla and Riccardo.

Alessandra was a very nice host. She greeted us on the street and helped us find the house. The house was quite clean and cleaned every day. He answered our questions quickly. The location of the house is very convenient that the train station is at the bottom. But there is no transportation other than the train. You need to freeze back in the house early in the evening. Close to Rome but not much around the house. The nearest grocery store is 20 minutes away. Everything was perfect except for the location. Alessandra was a very sweet person. Kopek, his housemate, was also very friendly. The design of the house was very sweet and would meet all your needs.

If you are looking to stay outside of Rome for a quick stay this is your place to go and live like a local. Beach is close and clean.

Enjoyed my stay. The place is quiet and peaceful. The landscaping is splendid. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. Several choices for breakfast. The host is available and friendly. You need a car to visit the surroundings, several vineyards and Latina beach and Lake di Fogliano are must-sees. The room was a little small for all our suitcases, but we only stayed there 1 night. If I had stayed longer I would have taken a bigger one. The location was convenient for our flight scheduled the next morning (about 50 minutes' drive to the airport).
