Me and Steffen appreciated lovely days in Lusovica’s apartment. Really nice apartment. Thanks for the wine, beer and snacks. We really appreciated the descriptions of restaurants, busses, trains and other possibilities. We have enjoyed our holiday in Ostia, with all the possibilities of the city. We also had a great day in Rome. A special thanks to Ludovica’s father who picked us up at the car hire and drove us back to Fiumicino and made us feel welcome in the apartment and in Ostia.

Great little bnb. A little far from the city center of Rome, but that wasn’t on the host. Great area near the beach. Many restaurants and things to do around the area. Huge patio!

We had a great stay in Ostia. Sergio gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was very helpful throughout our visit. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location is perfect — just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and other local spots.

We had a great time. House equipped with every comfort and proximity to the beach has put the cherry on top. We will definitely be back.

We had a short but great stay. The instructions and info around the apartment were incredibly detailed and useful. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and the apartment is designed so logically for its purpose. I cannot overstate how remarkably clean the place was also. The cleanest Airbnb we have ever been to and we use Airbnb a tonne. Communication was faultless before and throughout our stay.

Great location with views of the boardwalk and ocean. Peaceful spot to stay and Luca was a great host! Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a great spot to sit and have a meal and enjoy a drink. 10/10 would recommend and we would absolutely look to stay here again if (when) we come back to Ostia.

Giorgio was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was just as described and had everything you needed. The big patio with the view of the sea made this apartment so unique and relaxing. There are restaurants within walking distance and the beach is just 2 sets of stairs away.

This place is very well equipped, quite, everything works. We found the most of what we needed (besides the usual also the kitchen utensils, detergents, cleaning utensils are there, the towels are already a bit old). The view is great, the balcony very nice. The car can be parked in the back yard. It is only a few steps to the beach. Unfortunately, there is garbage on the beach. If you take a walk to the left on the beach there is even more garbage so not very pleasant. All in all, we had a very good stay. The only thing to improve: chairs at the dining table are not very comfortable.

I would highly recommend this place. Very stylish & my family had a great time. We loved the balconies; one over the street & the other over a beautiful private courtyard. My family had to change their plans at the last minute due to the rail strike & Fraceco went out of his way to make the apartment available. Did I mention the beach? simply incredible 😲

The apartment that Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

Vittorio was very welcoming from the very beginning with great, clear and proactive communications. The house was very clean and matched the description. We (2 adults, 2 small children) had a super time, especially enjoying the beach so close by (~5min walk) and Rome only an hour by car. Would highly recommend!

My two children and I were on vacation in Antonio and Rosita's villa for 18 days. The villa is equipped with every comfort, the large and spacious rooms with fans, clean and really well furnished. The kitchen is super equipped for cooking and there is everything you need. Brand new and well-functioning washing machine and spacious living room with a nice TV. Externally, a patio with a table for breakfast or lunch and also a nice garden behind it with a large table and outdoor lights that we enjoyed thanks to a nice fixed brick barbecue. The garden also has a beautiful outdoor solar shower that has returned extremely useful. Every year my children and I come to Anzio and rent, but I have to say that this house was among the most beautiful and comfortable we have ever had here. Thank you Antonio and Rosita for your kindness as a host and thank you for hosting us. I hope to be able to come back very soon with my children to your lovely villa.

We spent a week in the house and were delighted with everything associated with our stay. Patrizia met us when we arrived by train from Rome and gave us a tour of the town to allow us to get a feel for the location of facilities such as the beach, restaurants, shops etc. The accommodation was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. Very clean and well maintained. Patrizia had thoughtfully provided fresh fruit and veg and the store cupboard was well stocked. We loved the garden area and spent many hours there. Local shops within walking distance provided for our needs and in particular the fresh fish was excellent. The beach is easily accessible and family friendly. Overall the holiday provided exactly what we had hoped for-a relaxing environment within a local community, good food and wine with a beach and town centre facilities within easy reach. Paolo drove us back to the station with our thanks and we will have no hesitation in booking the house again. Recommended .

Our experience at this apartment was truly exceptional. The location on Piazza Anco Marzio is unbeatable—just 150 meters from the sea and right in the heart of the pedestrian area, filled with charming restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment is bright, beautifully decorated, and clearly renovated with care. We especially loved the terrace, which was perfect for relaxing any time of day! The space had a modern, clean aesthetic with thoughtful touches throughout, including striking black and white travel photography. The modern bathroom was a great bonus! Christian went above and beyond, providing a generous walk-thru and welcome kit that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

The best Airbnb experience for us so far! Marco helped me prepare for a marriage proposal, which I really appreciated. Upon our arrival, we asked about good restaurants, and he gave us a quick tour of the area, sharing his insider tips(amazing food!). He was an very friendly host with a beautiful apartment. we can only recommend it to you!

Giorgia was an excellent host. We were at the end of a 3 week Mediterranean cruise and she accommodated us by letting us check in early, recommending restaurants, grocery stores etc. But honestly the best thing about Mary's Place is the views, absolutely stunning. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for a day trip to Ostia Antica, relaxing at the beach or just enjoying the town. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Giorgia for taking such good care of us. If you cannot relax and enjoy your time here, then you probably can't do it anywhere. Did I mention the views are stunning!!

We had a lovely stay at Andrea‘s apartment. Andrea was very welcoming and brought us to the apartment. The apartment is absolutely lovely, a place that immediately feels like home. We could always reach Andrea whenever we had questions, he even showed us around the area, the best stay in Italy so far! We would love to come back to this place. <3

One of the best apartments we have stayed in and exactly like the photographs 🤩 The sea view from the bedroom balcony is amazing, and tje apartment is a great escape to the beach after visiting Rome itself. Very helpful staff at reception, who also arranged a transfer for us back to the airport. Would highly recommend and will definately stay again when next in Lido di Ostia👌😊
