The house is located on Lake Schwarzsee in Davos Laret. Davos is accessible by public transport. It has a large living room with kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and wood-burning stove. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. Water from its own source, electricity and hot water are provided. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. The house is ideal for up to 7 people, but it can also accommodate 8. In winter, you park on the street. From there it is 150 m on a path to the house. If it has snowed recently, it is a bit difficult.
