Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

Our 3 room apartment in the apartment Haus Belmont convinces 80m2 with ingenious cut and equipment. The great kitchen with your attached living and dining area forms the central element of the apartment. Every bedroom has a large double bed and daybed. Our guests can enjoy the wonderful view and tranquility of the forest from the large windows and from their private terrace with its own garden section.
