Vacation rentals in Nice

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

I’ve never stayed at a better Air BnB. This property and its views were absolutely stunning! You also couldn’t be in a better location in Nice with easy access to old Nice restaurants and also close to the harbors and beaches. What really made this place magical was the service they provided. They even helped me with a romantic setup to propose to my girlfriend !

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Edi was friendly and very responsive. Fantastic location—close to the tram, grocery stores, a great bakery, and within walking distance to the old town and beach. Highly recommended!

This was our second time at Benoit’s place and it was great again! Love the terrace with a view. This time we even got to watch seagull chicks on the adjacent rooftop. Close walk to Nice-Ville train station and tram. Market, bakery, restaurants & shops also within walking distance. The artistic chocolate shop a few blocks away is a must see. Benoit is prompt to respond and a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend.

Maxime was an excellent host. He met us at the front door and showed us around the apartment. He was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is just what you see in the pictures. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend at stay at this wonderful apartment with beautiful view of the Azur Mediterranean.

Susana’s place was incredible! The view and location were perfect! Even being outside with the most beautiful view was amazing. There is a hammock outside over looking the ocean if you just want to relax and inhale the beauty. Very clean and there was coffee for the morning.

Accurately described Airbnb off a quiet street in Old Town. Very comfortable and clean. Excellent responsiveness by hosts in regard to questions and suggestions. Positives: clean, comfortable, washer and dryer, quiet street, location, host Negatives: no air conditioning, soft beds, slightly sketchy walk up to the apartment once within the building but it’s in an OLD building so can be overlooked. Overall, we enjoyed it. Would happily stay in this apartment again and recommend to friends heading to Nice.

Our stay was very nice, first of all with a warm welcome from Pascal who is very friendly. The listing was as shown in the photos and description. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Too bad the outside temperature was too cool for us to enjoy the pool. Thank you Pascal for hosting us and giving us good tips for our visits. We will definitely come back to see you for another stay.

We loved our stay at Nicolas’s villa. He was so helpful with any requests we had. The kitchen was very well equipped to dine in. Only a 15 minute taxi to both Nice and Villefranche Sur Mer. Would highly recommend for a group of 8

A small group from our cycling club had an amazing stay at the property. Riding the nearby climbs of the Eze, Madone and Mont Chauve. Exploring the local villages, towns as well as Nice. After a good day's cycling we came back to the villa and enjoyed the spacious garden, views and pool. The property had lots of room to relax, all the amenities and a great kitchen for cooking. A superb place to stay, we will be back!

Nice apartment with amazing view and terrace. Perfwc4 for families. It is more comfortable if you have a car bevaise it is not in the city center.

Let's make it brief: We felt very, very comfortable here! Beautifully located accommodation in great nature - lemon trees, various herbs and of course the many olive trees. There is a great pool, a big trampoline, a ping pong table and boules! At the chapel sun loungers, barbecue, a nice terrace to eat outside. And inside a high-quality furnished accommodation with a lot of charm in which all the details were really thought of! And although the weather unfortunately did not always do what we would have liked, we had - also thanks to Chrystelles excursion tips - all four fantastic Easter holidays!

This place was a great find. An ideal location with stunning views. A fully equipped kitchen, fabulous garden to sit and relax together with an amazing roof terrace to sunbathe. Dominique was very responsive and helpful.

My husband and I stayed at Livia's Home in Nice and couldn't have asked for a nicer welcome to France. Perfectly located and very well equipped it was just right for a wonderful 2 night stay in Nice. Livia and Leila were very accommodating from when we first booked right through until the warm welcome we received when we arrived. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would love to come again.

We had a marvellous stay in this lovely apartment overlooking the sea, in a lovely area on the edge of the Old Town. Claude and Marie Jeanne are great hosts and left us supplies and gifts on our arrival - which we really appreciated. The apartment is in a beautiful old building just across the road from the corniche and the beach but when you close the windows to the balcony there is very little street noise. The apartment is well furnished with some lovely pictures and artefacts and was spotlessly clean. All in all we could not have wished for more. The location is excellent. It's a short walk to the tram stops and there is a good network of buses that can take you to most places in the city. We particularly enjoyed the Musee Matisse and the Musee Chagall and a Dufy exhibition at the Musee des Beaux Arts. We also had a great trip to Antibes by train and visited the Picasso Museum. The flat is just by a great flower and food market and there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

This is an excellent apartment for a home base in Nice. The views are incredible. It is conveniently located close to Old Nice and a lot of great restaurants and bars. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic! Our stay was simply fantastic. The apartment had a very large living space and enormous patio with the most spectacular views from sunrise through the night. It was the perfect spot for coffee in the morning, drinks in the afternoon and even dinner a couple nights. Just an amazing space.

Yulia’s place was really beautiful. Had everything you needed for a holiday with family. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Walkable and comfortable. The promenade is wonderful, but noisy at night but that’s just the way it is, not the hosts fault. Easy access to public transportation as well. Highly recommended
