Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Bitte beachten: Bettbezüge, Laken, Handtücher WC Papier bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Endreinigung erfolgt durch die Mieter.

The House (Rustico) is located outside Cavigliano in a large, park-like Mediterranean garden with numerous seats on a quiet sunny south slope directly over the rivers Melezza & Isorno; 5-10 min. walk to the beach. Ideal for nature lovers & romantics. It is a ideal base for excursions, hiking, climbing and swimming. Attention: Due to the slope and steep stairs, we only rent the house to families with children from the age of 8. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities.

The indoor pool is closed from March to December 26 due to renovation. Our beautiful 2 room WHG in Laax is centrally located and leaves nothing to be desired. It has a modern kitchen incl. Dishwasher and balcony. Lake Laaxer can be reached within a 5-minute walk. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 pull-out sofa in the living room are available. Thus, the apartment is suitable for 4 persons. During your stay, you can use the indoor pool, which is located in the house.
