Very charming, cozy studio with fantastic views of the mountains of Klosters! Thanks to its central location, the center of Klosters can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes/local bus 2 minutes. Klosters has various leisure activities that can be practiced in the summer and winter seasons. Golf course, sports center, beach, hiking/biking trails, Selfranga ski lift, ice rink and Gotschnabahn are in close proximity. From Gotschna by means of a valley descent with skis almost to the front of the house!

Our cozy apartment with fireplace has a fantastic view on the glacier and is in a quite corner of Klosters. The Gotschna Gondola is 7 walking minutes away, as are all the restaurants and shops. The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. The small (about 30 square meters) and cozy 2 1/2 room apartment is located on the sunny side just above Küblis near the hamlet of Tälfsch. The apartment is idyllically located on a farm. Also possible for an extra charge a crib, high chair etc. almost everything available! (Price on request). In winter, there is the possibility to ski or sled in nearby Klosters/Davos, Fideris (Heuberge) or Grüsch (Danusa). In summer there are many beautiful hiking trails and mountain lakes.

The apartment has 60sqm, a south-west facing balcony and an underground parking space. There is a very nice swimming pool in the house (free of charge, closed 13.4.-26.6. and 26.10.-11.12.); the sauna can be used for 10CHF/2h. There is also a ski cellar, a table tennis room and a laundry room.
