Built in 2022, the non-smoking apartment with magnificent mountain views is located in the picturesque Walser village of Klosters-Monbiel. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a Walser house built in 1937 and was gently renovated in 2019. The charm of the 80s has been preserved and supplemented with elements of modern times. According to the traditional construction (family house), the house is not soundproof from the outside or the inside. This means that the roommates are occasionally (sometimes more, sometimes less) audible. Therefore, we ask the respective tenants to be considerate and to be a little quieter when dancing the waltz :)

Our cozy apartment with fireplace has a fantastic view on the glacier and is in a quite corner of Klosters. The Gotschna Gondola is 7 walking minutes away, as are all the restaurants and shops. The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. The 3 bedrooms allow even bigger families or you may want to take friends along. read details carefully: its on the 3rd floor & one bedroom is small (great for kids)

I support my parents in renting out the apartment. Most of the time I am not on site, but my parents are always at home and welcome our guests personally. Beautiful partially furnished 2-room apartment on the sunny slope of Küblis. In all rooms, there is a new floor with underfloor heating as well as a completely new bathroom. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
