The Madrisa and Gotschna mountain railways can be reached in just 10 minutes thanks to a bus stop 50 meters away. After active days on slopes or hiking trails, relax on the sun terrace, in the wellness area with heated pool, hot tub and sauna or enjoy the mountain panorama.

The apartment can accommodate couples, small families or solo travelers and invites you to linger with lots of charm and stunning views of the mountains. In summer, hiking trails start right at your doorstep. In winter, you can reach the ski resorts of Klosters-Davos and Grüsch-Danusa in a short time.

Charming idyll in the countryside

The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wood style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home away from home. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. The house is built on the southern slope and enjoys many hours of sunshine. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed here! Most comfortable for 4 guests.

Our studio is close to the center (15 minutes' walk to the train station/center) and yet in a quiet location. It's the perfect base for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the Badi (summer), ice rink (winter), the sports center with tennis court, playground, dwarf trail, a small supermarket and the bus stop is just around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station). The cross-country ski trail is right behind the house.

The apartment has a large balcony and behind the house there is a fenced garden with seating and barbecue facilities, where the pets are allowed to run freely. Cozy 2 room apartment 36 m² with separate entrance. The bedroom is in the attic on the second floor. Bed size: two mattresses 1.80 m x 2 m. A pull-out sofa bed for another person is located in the living/kitchen area. Wi-Fi and parking are included in the price. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
