The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wood style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home away from home. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. Welcome to Klosters! Enjoy the close proximity to the golf course, Vereina Tunnel, and Selfranga ski lift. Winter guests appreciate being near the "Schöni" valley run of the Davos Parsenn ski area. The bus takes you to the Gotschna & Madrisa ski areas or the cross-country ski trails. The studio features charming decor, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, and Wi-Fi. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided. This is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
