Idyll am See

Das Haus liegt am Schwarzsee in Davos Laret. Davos ist mit ÖV erreichbar. Es hat einen grossen Wohnraum mit Küche, Esstisch, Schlafsofa und Holzofen. Das Bad hat WC und Dusche. Wasser aus eigener Quelle, Strom, Warmwasser sind vorhanden. Im OG hat es zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Haus eignet sich optimal für bis zu 7 Personen, es gehen jedoch auch 8. Im Winter parkiert man an der Strasse. Von dort sind es 150m auf einem Pfad bis zum Haus. Wenn es frisch geschneit hat ist es etwas beschwerlich.

After active days on slopes or hiking trails, relax on the sun terrace, in the wellness area with heated pool, hot tub and sauna or enjoy the mountain panorama.

Cozy mountain apartment on the sunny slope with a view. Welcome to our lovingly furnished 1 1/2-room apartment on the sunny slope of Tälfsch in the beautiful Prättigau in Graubünden. The apartment can accommodate couples, small families or solo travelers and invites you to linger with lots of charm and stunning views of the mountains. In summer, hiking trails start right at your doorstep. In winter, you can reach the ski resorts of Klosters-Davos and Grüsch-Danusa in a short time.

Charming idyll in the countryside

The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wood style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home away from home. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. The house is built on the southern slope and enjoys many hours of sunshine. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed here! Most comfortable for 4 guests.

Studio with garden "La-Baita"

Our studio is close to the center (15 minutes' walk to the train station/center) and yet in a quiet location. It's the perfect base for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the Badi (summer), ice rink (winter), the sports center with tennis court, playground, dwarf trail, a small supermarket and the bus stop is just around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station). The cross-country ski trail is right behind the house.

Newly renovated studio in the middle of the village

The newly renovated studio is ideal for 2 people & is located right in the center. Close to shops, mountain railways, the Badi & the train station. Thanks to the small kitchen & the small dining table, the place is also wonderful for home office and a break in the mountains. In the same building is the restaurant aifach with the beautiful sun terrace - ideal for a great dinner or just a coffee or aperitif in the heu.lounge. The Arosa Card is included.

CasaGrischina, the holiday chalet of a special kind

The holiday home of a special kind! Do you also love beautiful old houses with creaking floorboards, thin walls and so incredibly much charm? Then it awaits you with an open, old door, as you rarely see it. Everywhere in and around Casa Grischina there are places to stay and stop. No TV distracts … forest, meadows, many streams, sophisticated hiking trails and silence on the mountain characterize this place. Quiet alpine peace - where the heart rises!

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
