The house is located on Lake Schwarzsee in Davos Laret. Davos is accessible by public transport. It has a large living room with kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and wood-burning stove. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. Water from its own source, electricity and hot water are provided. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. The house is ideal for up to 7 people, but it can also accommodate 8. In winter, you park on the street. From there it is 150 m on a path to the house. If it has snowed recently, it is a bit difficult.

Our cozy apartment with fireplace has a fantastic view on the glacier and is in a quite corner of Klosters. The Gotschna Gondola is 7 walking minutes away, as are all the restaurants and shops. The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. The 3 bedrooms allow even bigger families or you may want to take friends along. read details carefully: its on the 3rd floor & one bedroom is small (great for kids)

Ascharina mountain lodge with hot tub

The old stable of our beautiful Walser house was lovingly converted into a mountain lodge with space for up to 15 people. The 3 differently sized rooms all have their own bathroom. In addition, there is a cosy winterlounge, a very well-equipped kitchen and a play area and hot tub outside. The owners will be happy to prepare the hottub on request. The lodge is suitable for cosy and relaxing stays. This is not the place for parties, loud music or bachelor parties.
