(5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station). The cross-country ski trail is right behind the house.

The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
