Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wood style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home away from home. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. Our studio is close to the center (15 minutes' walk to the train station/center) and yet in a quiet location. It's the perfect base for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the Badi (summer), ice rink (winter), the sports center with tennis court, playground, dwarf trail, a small supermarket and the bus stop is just around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station). The cross-country ski trail is right behind the house.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
