CHALET MIT SAUNA FUR FÜR FANTASTISCHES SKIFAHREN

5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. New, modern guest apartment in the attached part of the house. The studio apartment has three rooms connected by 4 and 7 steps. The middle room with living room/dining room and kitchen is very bright with a view of Sargans Castle. The upper seating area offers a great panoramic view of the castle and Mount Gonzen. The guest apartment is ideal for 2–5 people. Large double bed downstairs, bunk bed and single bed in the upstairs room. Use of hot tub, sauna and washing machine on request.

The cosy apartment with two bedrooms is very centrally located (150m to the train station and the gondola, 200m to the Coop) and offers a beautiful view of the Gotschnagrat. The apartment has 60sqm, a south-west facing balcony and an underground parking space. There is a very nice swimming pool in the house (free of charge, closed 13.4.-26.6. and 26.10.-11.12.); the sauna can be used for 10CHF/2h. There is also a ski cellar, a table tennis room and a laundry room.
