Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. 5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. Our cozy apartment with fireplace has a fantastic view on the glacier and is in a quite corner of Klosters. The Gotschna Gondola is 7 walking minutes away, as are all the restaurants and shops. The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. The 3 bedrooms allow even bigger families or you may want to take friends along. read details carefully: its on the 3rd floor & one bedroom is small (great for kids)

Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, it can be reached directly via the black-marked deep snow slope from the Jakobshorn. In spring, summer and fall, it's great for biking. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails pass by the house. The bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa town, a visitor's tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. The visitor's tax is collected on site at check-in.

A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
