Very charming, cozy studio with fantastic views of the mountains of Klosters! Thanks to its central location, the center of Klosters can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes/local bus 2 minutes. Klosters has various leisure activities that can be practiced in the summer and winter seasons. Golf course, sports center, beach, hiking/biking trails, Selfranga ski lift, ice rink and Gotschnabahn are in close proximity. From Gotschna by means of a valley descent with skis almost to the front of the house!

Our cozy apartment with fireplace has a fantastic view on the glacier and is in a quite corner of Klosters. The Gotschna Gondola is 7 walking minutes away, as are all the restaurants and shops. The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
