5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

The apartment is located in the quiet village center of Flims, surrounded by a large, natural garden with a fireplace. The studio consists of an entrance area, a small kitchen, a spacious living room and bedroom as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is located in an old house, so the kitchen and bathroom are not very modern. Shopping, pump track, mountain railways, restaurants and public transport are within 5 minutes' reach. Perfect for small families, couples or friends!

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
