Vacation rentals with beach access in San Vincenzo

Lisa a její manžel byli naprosto úžasní, velmi vstřícná a otevřená. Dostali jsme spoustu typů na výlety, zábavu a restaurace. Byt byl velmi pěkný a dobře zařízený. Měli jsme vše co bylo potřeba. Dekujeme, pokud pojedeme do této oblasti určitě se ubytujeme u Lisa.

Unsere Unterkunft in Calambrone bei Christine war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten das große Glück, diese schöne Wohnung für fünf Nächte gefunden zu haben. Christine war sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Sie hat extra auf uns gewartet und uns bei der Ankunft alles in Ruhe gezeigt. Die Lage der Wohnung – und des Ortes insgesamt – ist zentral. Man erreicht alles schnell. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt mit allem, was man braucht, und eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten – wirklich ideal! Das war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir bisher über Airbnb gebucht haben. Auch der Abschied war herzlich – Christine hat uns persönlich verabschiedet. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wieder einmal bei Christine wohnen zu dürfen. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank, Christine! Wir wünschen dir alles erdenklich Gute.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

Had a fab stay in Cecina at Chic Seaside apartment. Loved the location- we had a car, it was easy to find and when we finally got parking, easy! Know the parking rules for Italy, lots of free parking. Loved the apartment, it had every convienence available, it was spotless and easy to maintain. And it was so spacious for us a family of 3, would also suit 2 couples. Local amenities were great, easy walk to shops, beach, restaurants. Train service also convenient- day trips to Florence and Pisa, car trips to the mountains and Volterra – well worth a visit, wish we had more time. Would love to come back again for a longer stay.

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

We absolutely loved the apartment, it was actually even nicer as on the pictures! We spent 6 nights there at the beginning of May and therefore could still enjoy the quiet time before the high season starts. The flat is literally 30 meters away from the beach and you find everything you need around (grocery shop, restaurants, bars...). We really felt like at home, the flat is very nicely decorated, with warm colours which makes it unbelievably cosy. Mariella ist the best host you can wish for, with a smile on her face, always ready to help. We definitely recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and Maria is a great and very friendly host. At the check-in Maria showed us the apartment and came with local recommendations. We came by car and it was not a problem for us to find parking. The apartment was very clean and had all necessities. Thank you Maria for making us feel like home, we would definitely stay there again.

Wir wurden persönlich von Antonella empfangen. Sehr schöne Wohnung, grosszügig ausgestattet. Balkon mit Teilsicht aufs Meer. Dank der von Antonella bereitgestellten Köstlichkeiten (Wein, Pasta etc.) konnten wir bereits am Ankunftsabend die Aussicht bei einem Abendessen geniessen. Obwohl in der Nähe vom Zentrum, ruhige Wohnlage. Die Altstadt sowie der sehr schöne Kies-Strand "Le Ghiaie" ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir können Antonellas Wohnungen jederzeit weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Die Unterkunft war spitze, sehr gut gelegen, ruhig aber doch zentral, nahe am Meer. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und auch Küche waren in sehr gutem Zustand, alles hat super funktioniert; das ist in Italien nicht immer selbstverständlich. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermietern. Reibungslose und schnelle Kommunikation und sehr flexibel was die An- und Abreise angeht. Top Lage, nur circa 100 Meter bis zum Strand und eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Empfehlenswert für alle, die in Ruhe Urlaub machen und sich ausruhen wollen. Die Altstadt ist sehr belebt und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Am ersten Tag hat uns die Vermieterin sogar Wasser kalt gestellt und frische Croissants mitgebracht.

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit schönen Aussensitzplätzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne Aussicht aus Meer und ruhig gelegen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolle, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage, nahe zum Zentrum und nahe zum Strand. Umzäunter Garten und nahe Parkanlagen waren ideal für unseren Hund. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus (allerdings im Mai/Juni. In der Hauptsaison ist die Parksituation vermutlich deutlich schwieriger). Mauro war überaus freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento durante il ponte del primo maggio ed è stata un’ottima scelta! La location è perfetta: facile da raggiungere, vicinissima a tutti i servizi essenziali e a due passi da spiagge, locali e attività di ogni tipo. Si può tranquillamente lasciare l’auto e muoversi a piedi per tutto. L’appartamento era pulito, curato e dotato di ogni servizio necessario per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Alice è un’host eccezionale, sempre disponibile e attenta, pronta a venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza. Esperienza super positiva, consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno nell’appartamento di Debora e Dario. Loro sono stati molto disponibili e ci sono venuti incontro sia con l’orario di check in che di check out! L’appartamento è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, ottimo quindi se si viaggia con bambini piccoli e c’è bisogno di fare avanti e indietro per evitare le ore più calde e spezzare la giornata! Apprezzata anche la terrazza, sempre ventilata e perfetta quindi per una cena all’aperto!

Ho prenotato per due miei amici, i quali sono rimasti soddisfatti della pulizia, del confort e della posizione dell'alloggio.

Ho soggiornato da Barbara per qualche giorno ed ho trovato accoglienza, gentilezza, precisione e uno spirito di ospitalità che raramente si incontra! La casa è spaziosa, confortevole, pulitissima e fornita si tutti i servizi indicati nella descrizione. Si trova in una zona tranquilla di Vada, ma vicinissima alle varie attività commerciali e al mare (5 minuti la spiaggia più vicina raggiungibile sia a piedi che in auto con posteggi bianchi adiacenti). Comodissimo anche il parcheggio gratuito sotto casa, all'ombra degli alberi, che in estate è preziosissimo. Nei dintorni località da esplorare a pochi minuti di auto. Palazzina curatissima e tranquilla e host ineccepibile, presente, reattiva e disponibile nel venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Mi sono sentita a casa, sicura e tranquilla, con tutti i comfort necessari. Esperienza positiva al 100% e da ripetere sicuramente! Grazie Barbara :)

La casa di Daniele è davvero un gioiellino, pulitissima, con tutti i confort, compresa lavastoviglie, bollitore, macchina del caffè e molto altro. È stato come essere a casa! La posizione dell’appartamento è ideale, a due passi dal centro, ma in una zona tranquilla dove non c’è confusione ed è facile il parcheggio. Daniele è stato gentilissimo e ci ha consigliato cosa visitare, una persona squisita! Sarà un piacere ritornare.

Blown away, we will be back many times

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse und einem wunderschönen Blick auf Strand und Meer. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Host und seine Co -Hosts waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr nett und freundlich. Wir waren Mitte Oktober hier und es war sehr ruhig im Haus. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Appartamento in ottima posizione per visitare Piombino, vicinissimo a piazza Bovio e al centro storico ma allo stesso tempo con possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Daniele ci ha accolto per il check in cominciando sempre in maniera chiara, non abbiamo avuto bisogno di lui per la durata del soggiorno ma si era comunque reso disponibile.
