Vacation rentals with beach access in San Vincenzo

Lisa and her husband were absolutely amazing, very accommodating and open. We got a lot of tips for trips, entertainment and restaurants. The apartment was very nice and well furnished. We had everything we needed. Thank you, if we go to this area we will definitely stay with Lisa.

Christine really made sure we felt at home, knew where everything was, how to catch the right buses, knew the local best places to visit, gave us ideas of what to do. She was amazing and her place is safe for my wife and two younger daughters. We loved every minute of our stay at Christine’s place. I’m sure you will too if you decide to visit it too.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

Had a fab stay in Cecina at Chic Seaside apartment. Loved the location- we had a car, it was easy to find and when we finally got parking, easy! Know the parking rules for Italy, lots of free parking. Loved the apartment, it had every convienence available, it was spotless and easy to maintain. And it was so spacious for us a family of 3, would also suit 2 couples. Local amenities were great, easy walk to shops, beach, restaurants. Train service also convenient- day trips to Florence and Pisa, car trips to the mountains and Volterra – well worth a visit, wish we had more time. Would love to come back again for a longer stay.

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

We absolutely loved the apartment, it was actually even nicer as on the pictures! We spent 6 nights there at the beginning of May and therefore could still enjoy the quiet time before the high season starts. The flat is literally 30 meters away from the beach and you find everything you need around (grocery shop, restaurants, bars...). We really felt like at home, the flat is very nicely decorated, with warm colours which makes it unbelievably cosy. Mariella ist the best host you can wish for, with a smile on her face, always ready to help. We definitely recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and Maria is a great and very friendly host. At the check-in Maria showed us the apartment and came with local recommendations. We came by car and it was not a problem for us to find parking. The apartment was very clean and had all necessities. Thank you Maria for making us feel like home, we would definitely stay there again.

We were personally received by Antonella. Very nice apartment, generously equipped. Balcony with partial sea views. Thanks to the delicacies provided by Antonella (wine, pasta, etc.), we were able to enjoy the view with a dinner on the evening of arrival. Although close to the center, quiet residential area. The old town and the very beautiful gravel beach "Le Ghiaie" can be reached in a few minutes' walk. We can recommend Antonella's apartments at any time and would be happy to come back.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

Was a great place to stay and relax after 3 hectic weeks of travelling around the UK and Naples and Sorrento. Close to the beach and supermarket. Lovely quiet area and flat for walking around. Bus stop also close by for Pisa.

Very nice and accommodating landlords. Smooth and fast communication and very flexible in terms of arrival and departure. Great location, only about 100 meters to the beach and a very quiet area. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet vacation and rest. The old town is very lively and within walking distance. On the first day, the landlady even provided us with cold water and brought fresh croissants.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

A wonderful house with beautiful outdoor seating. We felt very comfortable. A beautiful view from the sea and quiet location. We can only recommend it.

Great, very well-equipped apartment in a good location, close to the center and close to the beach. Fenced garden and nearby parks were ideal for our dog. Free parking is available right in front of the house (but in May/June. In high season, the parking situation is probably much more difficult). Mauro was a very friendly host. We would come back anytime.

We spent a few days in Debora and Dario's apartment. They were very helpful and met us halfway with both the check-in and check-out times! The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the beach, so it's great if you're traveling with small children and you need to go back and forth to avoid the hottest hours and break up the day! The terrace is also appreciated, always ventilated and perfect for an outdoor dinner!

I booked for two of my friends, who were satisfied with the cleanliness, comfort, and location of the accommodation.

Barbara made our stay so amazing and was so helpful!! We asked if she could help us book a taxi and instead she drove us to the train station herself and went as far as to help us locate the correct platform for our train!! The apartment was so lovely and exactly as described with everything you need with a supermarket just across the road also. We walked into the town for dinner and visited the beach also. Was overall an amazing stay and I would recommend this place highly for anyone wanting to visit Vada!

Daniele's house is really a gem, very clean, with all the comforts, including dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and much more. It was like being at home! The location of the apartment is ideal, within walking distance of the center, but in a quiet area where there is no confusion and parking is easy. Daniele was very kind and advised us what to visit, an exquisite person! We'll be happy to come back.

Very nice apartment with a great terrace and a beautiful view of beach and sea. The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. The host and his co-hosts were always easily accessible and very nice and friendly. We were here in mid-October and it was very quiet in the house. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Apartment in a great location to visit Piombino, very close to Piazza Bovio and the historic center but at the same time with the possibility of parking nearby. Daniele welcomed us for check-in, always starting clearly, we did not need him for the duration of the stay but he had still made himself available.
