Our suite on the first floor features an exclusive 40-square-meter private terrace overlooking the sea, allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze from dawn to dusk. It consists of two areas, a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and a sleeping area with a bathroom with the possibility of adding a third bed. It can comfortably accommodate couples, families with up to 2 children, and single travelers. Each accommodation includes beach service at the Florida beach resort with an umbrella and two sun loungers.

It consists of a spacious and bright living area, two bedrooms with five beds, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. A large panoramic balcony embraces two sides of the house. The beach, free or equipped, can be reached on foot. Within walking distance are the pedestrian street, the port, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and stores.

A strategic base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and fresh seafood cuisine. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk, and cookies are all offered. The quiet, picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute bike ride from the city center.

The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.
