Florida Apartments - Cinque

Our suite on the first floor features an exclusive 40-square-meter private terrace overlooking the sea, allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze from dawn to dusk. It consists of two areas, a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and a sleeping area with a bathroom with the possibility of adding a third bed. It can comfortably accommodate couples, families with up to 2 children, and single travelers. Each accommodation includes beach service at the Florida beach resort with an umbrella and two sun loungers.

Joyful, pop-colored 70s apartment, newly renovated, within walking distance of the sea and the center of San Vincenzo (also accessible by train). Ground floor, direct access to the garden. Ideal for smart working. Pets are welcome (12 euros). The garden (which many years ago Decano created with patient care) is large and intimate, suitable for lunches and dinners amidst greenery. Functional, modern and well equiped, the apartment's soundtracks are Donna Summer, Abba and the Ricchi e Poveri.

The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and have wonderful aperitifs at sunset.
