Vacation rentals with a balcony in San Vincenzo

This is a gorgeous place with a stunning view, lots of space for a couple and small children (we have an 18 month old). It’s close to lots of lovely beaches but absolutely a drive (like everywhere in Elba!). It has all you need, super quiet location and the terrace is something else. Only watch out is the drive is gnarly to get in and out but we parked a little down the road :)

Great apartment in the wonderful Bay of Viticcio. The apartment can safely accommodate 6 guests. The plus to mention are the large outdoor patio with BBQ, balcony overlooking the wonderful Viticcio sunsets, washing machine, washing machine, bathroom with bathtub/shower, kitchen complete with everything you need and not least the proximity to the beaches easily reachable on foot even with children. Suitable for those looking for total peace of mind. The welcome upon arrival could not be better thanks to Carol, a very kind and competent person who will immediately make you feel comfortable in addition to providing the best tips for a great vacation. Note: The apartment is managed by the international agency Interhome with which it is quite cumbersome to interact. Despite this, it was possible to change the reservation with some effort. It was also necessary to leave a deposit of 300 euros, which was not initially specified at the time of booking on the AirBnB website, but only at a later date when submitting the reservation confirmation by Interhome about 10 days before the vacation.

A nice stay in the heart of S. Vincenzo with a nice view. The appartment is old but cozy and charming. Train station is in walking distance. Free parking is about 500m. Be sure to bring everything in towels, sponges, linens, bedding. Was quite noisy due to festivities both on the town square and the marina. Gaia is a great host, very responsive. Great area for beaches, exploring the Etruscan heritage or trips to islands.

The tower apartment was magnificent, a great view of the sea and into the green hills. Was there at the end of May, and there was a lot of wind. Due to the height 600 meters above 0 anyway, and the tower is on a hill... The terrace is not protected from the wind and therefore not always usable in spring. I'm sure it's wonderful in hotter temperatures in summer...

Great place very close to the sea. Parking is available 5min away by foot. Serena was very responsive and check in was easy. The only thing was, that we had to bring our own bed linen. But other than that everything was super!

Very nice and quiet place with a great pool! Very close to good restaurants and shops. We stayed with the family and can really recommend the place.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Much larger in person. Wish the beds were more comfortable, but overall a very nice place. Would return !

What an amazing stay! The location is quiet and peaceful, the views are absolutely amazing and "wow" you as soon as you arrive! The garden is large and partially sloped and the freshwater swimming pool (not heated) is at the bottom. There are two undercover seating areas in the garden and enough sun loungers and seats to comfortably seat everyone. The house is on two levels and feels quirky at first, but you soon get used to it. Downstairs is more like a "granny flat" but has all you need (fridge freezer, bedroom, dining room, bathroom w/shower). Upstairs has two double bedrooms and one twin, plus two more bathrooms. A lovely dining room and kitchen (with all appliances/utensils) you need made the house absolutely perfect for six adults, two toddlers and an infant. There are no larger shops within 20 minutes drive, so stock up well when you do go shopping. Communication with host was extraordinary. So quick and helpful and really appreciated. Absolutely amazing holiday!

Beautiful villa surrounded by vineyards and countryside. The nearby village of Panzano is so picturesque with lovely restaurants. I can also recommend visiting other Chianti towns and especially the market on a Saturday in Greve. The hosts Filippo and his father Carlo couldn't do enough for us and the communication was superb. The villa is so spacious and makes you feel right at home with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a garden with a pool that's just the icing on the cake. It was very warm during our visit and the fans provided were very welcomed. Every room is also equipped with mosquito nets on the windows. We made use of the large BBQ a few nights and also had a lovely wine tasting one evening which I can highly recommend. We were very sad to leave Villa Reggine and hope to return one day. Grazie!

A beautiful, perfectly maintained place with a truly unique atmosphere – almost like living in an art gallery for a few days. The heated pool was just perfect. The hosts communicated quickly and were very kind and attentive. The only small thing we could suggest is improving the kitchen equipment – a few more utensils or tools would be helpful. But it was not a problem for us, as we found everything we needed in the nearby shop. All in all, it was a great experience. We absolutely recommend it!

Very tasteful and practical apartment. A large and a small bathroom available, very clever for several people. Beautiful terrace with plenty of seating and a large table. Located close to the center, no car is needed for errands. Good starting point for many excursions in the area.

Charming villa surrounded by greenery and in a context of great tranquility and privacy. Just a few small bug problems at night, but it's unavoidable because of the location it's in and at the end of it is worth it. The house's cute cat is a great help and company. Clean, well-decorated and well-stocked interiors, particularly the kitchen, perfect for large groups. The villa is just a few minutes away by car from Riparbella, where it is easy to find the main amenities (but difficult to reach on foot) As for the distance from the sea, we thought it would have penalised us more, but in the end in a fifteen-minute drive you can reach very nice beaches. Same thing for any visits to cities such as Volterra, Siena, etc. that in an hour/an hour and a half can be reached quietly, passing through beautiful streets. Host available for everything, flexible check-in and the delivery of the keys to the agency very convenient. Highly recommended

Lovely place and very relaxing. The house is very spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The details and elegance of the house are points for the benefit of this solution. Huge garden and very comfortable and cool patio for lunches and dinners. The pool is also great. Would I go back? Absolutely yes!!

Swiss air lost my suitcase. Sandra called the airline and transporter Without this I would not have e my bag as the airline was going to send to my USA address. The Casa far exceeded our expectations. The balcony view was beautiful and it had a picnic table which made for lovely breakfast. There was a bbq and several picnic table outside. The kitchen is well stocked If you are looking king for a peaceful place this is it. The area is beautiful with many beautiful hill towns. Do not hesitate, we hope to returned next year!

House as described, one hundred of Capoliveri are very close but at the same time a quiet and peaceful area, characterized by a series of villas. The first beaches are easily accessible in minutes. The house has a nice outdoor space, a large kitchen with everything you need, spacious rooms and large closets. I really recommend it, the only downside is the cost of cleaning, a little higher than the average.

Modern furnished and clean 2-room loft with a spacious terrace. This is equipped with two sun loungers, a table with four chairs and a cozy lounge – perfect for two to feel comfortable. The apartment is easy to find, but getting there requires some driving skill as the last 50 meters lead over a natural road. The center of Capoliveri is in about 10 minutes walking distance. In the neighborhood, there are often dogs that are outside during the day and sometimes also at night and make themselves noticeable accordingly. For animal-loving guests, this should not be a big problem, but it is good to know in advance if you prefer absolute tranquility.

We had a wonderful time on Elba and highly recommend the place! The views from the apartment to the sea are just fantastic – looking at the sea every morning was a dream. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Especially the kitchen was well equipped! The location is nice and central, so you can quickly get to the surrounding towns, but still have your peace. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. Elba itself is fantastically beautiful, we will definitely be back!

Top accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Great terrace with great views. Air conditioning/heating in 3 rooms. Everything quite new and nicely renovated. A little far to the beach/restaurant - but did not bother us. I would like to express special thanks and praise to the local host.
