Awesome! Small loft, but you have so much space. The kitchen is small, but still great! Very central in the small town! The only thing is the entrance to the parking lot, but you quickly get used to it. I would book it again anytime

What a beautiful styled property to relax and enjoy the Tuscan scenery in a tranquil setting! We stayed in one of the self contained apartments equipped for cooking. An open dining & kitchen area with a floor-ceiling window allowed us to enjoy the breeze; as all windows have mosquito screens. For morning coffee or sunset glass of wine we could adjourn to an outside table and chairs. The immaculate landscaped garden gently slopes down to an infinity pool inviting you to immerse in the cool water or take shade on a garden lounger under surrounding olive trees as you overlook the wonderful country view. With only few occupants we could enjoy the pool exclusively for a time. Cristina has considered everything and a meticulous eye for design and order is evident all around. The beautiful working kitchen and dining area mimic those in interiors magazines and a culinary prowess is apparent if you choose to enjoy Cristina's luxuriant breakfast, which we implore you to experience at least once!

Perfect! Quiet and beautiful views everywhere. The apartment was so lovely in decor, and so pristine. Lush bedding and towels. Beds were heaven. Shower was amazing. Plenty of activities outside on site. Easy to get to lovely villages by car. I will tell everyone I know how wonderful this estate experience moved my soul. Thank you so much Antonio

Ziza‘s place is absolutely beautiful, simple yet elegant in a beautiful old building and sparkling clean. It was the perfect spot to explore Tuscany. Highly recommended.

Beautiful accommodation with private outdoor area. It is only a two-minute walk to the beach. Also great for dog owners. Very friendly hostess.

A spectacular location, nestled in Tuscan hills and within a short drive of Panzano, Lamole and Greve in Chianti. Daniele was a very responsive and helpful host, good recommendations for walks and restaurants. The apartment is as pictured, quite minimal and with superb outdoor spaces to entertain children young and old. We loved hearing the cuckoos!

We went there for the second time and it was just perfect as the first time. Diego's property is beautiful overlooking San Gimignano, it is quiet and very idyllic so you can really unwind. The apartment was great, is well equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable and would love to come a third time next year. Thanks to Giorgia for the good communication and flexible check-in.

Staying with Carmine is top. We have been to Carmine and Alessandra in Certaldo for a month (mid-April / mid-May) and we can recommend that to everyone. Not only the reception ( in our case very late) was incredibly warm, but throughout our stay we felt very comfortable, this host is always open to questions, is proactive with giving information, tips about everything like where it is nice / tasty/ beautiful to visit. In addition, the house is very nice, it is great in the Tuscan hill country, between the wine and olive farmers, nice beds (we always find important especially if you are staying there longer) and really good Wi-Fi which was important for us to be able to work from here. The location is perfect. You are close to Florence, Siena, Pisa, and many special other villages/towns that are more than worth visiting. The month was over too soon! If we visit Tuscany again for sure with Carmine and Alessandra!

A wonderful place, everything you need on site. The best balcony view in the world. We have already been to Tuscany, but we will return to this place with great pleasure.

We found Peggy’s place to be the perfect spot for exploring Tuscany. The instructions made it for easy to find & only a few short minutes drive from Panzano where we had lunch at Dario’s (a must in our opinion). Also highly recommend Montese Cooking Experience in San Gimignano.

We were guests at Violetta's for a few days and highly recommend the accommodation! Especially due to Violetta's friendly and warm manner, we felt very comfortable from the first minute and were able to enjoy our vacation very much. She speaks German without an accent and has always taken time for us and supported us in planning our city tour in Florence or restaurants with insider tips. Arrival, departure and everything on site was very flexible and straightforward. If you want to enjoy peace and nature in addition to day trips (central parking in Florence can be reached in about 30 minutes), this is the place to be! The view over the slopes and the distant view of Florence are great and we highly recommend the accommodation for Tuscany vacationers. However, the accommodation is not recommended without a car, as you can only reach the accommodation via a narrow road and it takes almost 15 minutes by car.

Our apartment was rustic and cozy. The entire building was also very nice, the large garden well maintained. There is a pool area with loungers and also shaded areas, which was also very well maintained. In the outdoor area, there are several seating options, so you can also enjoy your food or a glass of wine outside in the evening. The location is in the middle of the vineyards, very quiet and idyllic. During our stay, we had the opportunity to participate in a 4-course meal one evening. The food was extraordinarily delicious! Chiara and her team were always available and very friendly. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time very much.

We stayed ar Romina's and Riccardo with a couple of friends. We enjoyed our lovely apartment and beautiful peaceful property surrounded by olive trees and herbs. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful, especially since airline lost one of our friends' luggage. Romina helped us communicate with DHL and went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered. Riccardo gladly explained the kind of plants they were growing and harvesting for essential oils. We enjoyed the company of Luna the cat who came visit but was politely staying outside. Wildlife is abundant and nature unspoiled - truly a magical place! The area is quite remote so it may not be convenient to everyone. The closest little town is Casole d'Elsa where you can find 2-3 restaurants and a pharmacy, larger supermarkets are within 20min drive. It's a great starting point to visit Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra. The apartment is well equipped with small stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay! Great accomodation!

We stayed here for 4 nights. 3 of us had enough space and the place was exactly as described. The location could not be better than this. Lots of great restaurants around it and all the main tourist sites are walking distance. Also walking distance from the train station (we came to Florence via train from another location and we walked to this place. It was short distance so we were able to walk with very large luggage). We were so relieved that the building has an elevator. Check in process was easy and flexible. I highly recommend this place.

The place is an absolute find! The house is huge with beautiful spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy . Sherif who looks over the house , welcomed us on arrival , showed us around and was present on the grounds so could help with any issues that arise . The grounds are stunning and idyllic giving you the peace and views of Tuscany . It was perfect for a family vacay with three young kids and parents . We did day trips to Pisa ( 10 min ) and Luca ( 30min) with cars we rented . All straight forward drives . My friends and family are all wanting to book to come !

Four of us stayed for a week, we found the size was more than enough space and allowed for a very relaxed stay. The amenities were good and found it easy to settle in. The Pool table was fun with lots of space to enjoy a night in. It's a beautiful apartment with lovely old decoration perfectly suited to the style of the building. We also found the location very peaceful despite being right in the centre. It's easy to find great local supermarkets and excellent choices for food. We were celebrating my mum's 70th and my brother's 40th and we all had a lovely time exploring Lucca enjoying the local restaurants. Valentina was very friendly and accommodating when we made contact during our stay for a stress free experience. The guidebook was provided was helpful with recommendations for the local area too. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend for a relaxing break and to explore Lucca! Thank you Valentina!
