This was such a dream. If you want a beautiful, private place to relax and play out your medieval Italian fantasies, this is the spot. Gorgeous, walkable (though a steep hill) to the main part of town and all the delicious restaurants. And simply unbeatable views. Not to mention Rosalia is such a gem. I wish I could have stayed forever.

Anna Maria and her husband welcomed us to their slice of paradise. A very nice place with a panoramic view from above towards the cliff and the sea. Pratesi is about 8 km from Marciana Alta and 14 km from Marciana Marina. You feel good and breathe good air. The sheets and towels were not included in the service but were delivered to us by the host. Recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet place.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

Beautiful location for an airbnb in a beautiful city. A stones throw from piazza del campo and the rest of the center of the city. Terrace outside is also a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or relax before going to sleep. AC worked great, would highly recommend this location.

It was a wonderful stay in Poggio at Babara's. Babara is super nice, warm and always available. Check-in and check-out were very flexible and totally pleasant for us. The apartment is very nice! Everything you need is there in the kitchen, the bathroom is new and clean and the bed very comfortable. The terrace on the square is wonderful. The views are great and in the evening it has a great atmosphere. Bus stop just a few minutes away. Therefore, you are very flexible and well connected. The village is very nice and the restaurants very tasty. Babara made us feel very comfortable, thank you for that :) You dear Babara, all the best and hopefully see you soon.

Valentines place is super cute and I highly recommend this place for a great getaway! She was super helpful to us with everything. We had a great stay at her place.

The place was beautiful and beautifully located. Very quiet and idyllic. We were able to watch fireflies, a wild cat, and lots of other animals. The space itself is even better than the pictures. Just had a wonderful time. But the best is Francesco's hospitality. He was helpful and very warm. We will be happy to come again.

We had a wonderful stay at Letizia's place. The property is perfectly located on the outskirts of San Gimignano overlooking the city and the Tuscan countryside. We were able to park in the parking lot next door at a discount through Letizia, which was very convenient. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely visit again!

We stayed at "l'alloro" for five days (four nights) and had a very good time. The owners are friendly, they gave us all the information we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The place is sheltered and very quiet. The house is comfortable and clean. We had our large dog with us and we didn't have any problems. Nearby is Lake Accesa, very convenient, but in any case we were not too far from the beaches of Follonica. Great experience.

We had a fantastic stay thanks to the hospitality and enthusiasm of Barbara and Emmanuele, who were kind enough to spend unforgettable moments with us, despite their work obligations. The apartment is impeccable: clean, tidy and well organized. Their house is well located in southern Tuscany, not far from cultural and archaeological centers such as Vetulonia, Massa Marittima, or Grosseto. Beautiful beaches are only 1/4 of an hour, 20 minutes by car, such as Follonica or Castiglione. In short, if you pass through the area, really don't hesitate, go for it! Starting with a warm welcome to the unfortunately much too quick cordial farewell (we were there 10 days) we felt more than comfortable in Nicoletta's wonderful property. This wonderful, stately house from the 14th century is a gem, located high on a ridge with magnificent views, which is extremely tastefully designed by Nicoletta's artistic style from a gem of the historical to the modern to the artistic. If you want to live in such a mansion, the two high floors should not be a problem. But over time, a certain training factor sets in here. When you enter the park-like property, a beautiful iron gate opens and you are greeted on a square surrounded by oleanders, palm trees and flower beds. We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

The villa is delightful, tastefully furnished and really equipped with everything, it feels like home The garden and terrace are beautiful, the view is enchanting and ranges from Corsica (you can see the sunset every evening) to the island of Elba up to the coasts of Italy The countless tables and deck chairs make you enjoy every corner of the garden in a different way, the fence is very convenient for those with dogs… mine had a great time and enjoyed the stay running and playing and it was very relaxing to know they were safe Nearby there is a small grocery store and a bakery, Sant'Andrea is a very small town with a beautiful beach The custodian and host are always available An experience to remember Thanks to the owners of the Villa who really thought of everything :)

Lovely house in a beautiful area. Pool was used a lot as the weather was hot. Andrea was very responsive and helped out with some great local suggestions. We had a very enjoyable time and had everything we needed. Slept so well, beds were super comfortable!

Very lovely secluded country villa..

A wonderful place to stay - unique artwork, spotless, excellent AC in each room, great and friendly communication, and close to the train station for an enjoyable ride to Florence! Would highly recommend!

Sara's cottage is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, silence, especially at night, reigns supreme. The garden is very comfortable for dogs, with the possibility of eating outside and freely enjoying the green space, leaving the 4-legged friends free to have fun. Just 10 minutes from the sea, it is in the ideal location! Thanks for the advice and help, Sara was instrumental in solving a "broken battery charger" problem by advising us where to buy it on Sunday! Thanks for the welcome, we'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at Claudio’s accommodation! The house itself is very nice, well-equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The large garden is a real highlight, with a lovely outdoor dining area, plenty of space to relax, and a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape—perfect for a peaceful afternoon. The location is also ideal. It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the sea and beautiful beaches, and many of Tuscany’s top cities like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra are only 1-2 hours away by car. It made for great day trips to explore the region. We really enjoyed our time. Grazie Mille, Claudio!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

lovely, peaceful place about 15 minutes walk from the small and beautiful town of Montieri. great shared pool. Would recommend a car. great for a relaxing stay in Tuscany.
