Our suite on the first floor features an exclusive 40-square-meter private terrace overlooking the sea, allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze from dawn to dusk. It consists of two areas, a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and a sleeping area with a bathroom with the possibility of adding a third bed. It can comfortably accommodate couples, families with up to 2 children, and single travelers. Each accommodation includes beach service at the Florida beach resort with an umbrella and two sun loungers.

The apartment, 100 sqm, with elevator, on the 5th and top floor of a building in the center, offers a wonderful view of San Vincenzo. It consists of a spacious and bright living area, two bedrooms with five beds, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. A large panoramic balcony embraces two sides of the house. The beach, free or equipped, can be reached on foot. Within walking distance are the pedestrian street, the port, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and stores.

Villa Lilla is a beautiful historic residence, on the beach of San Vincenzo. Renovated a few years ago, the house has luxury furnishings, with fine finishes, for total comfort. The house is located in Via Sardegna 8, in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk from the pedestrian street and the marina. It enjoys a privileged location, where everything is within reach without needing to use the car.

Peggy's House

The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The grill outside the house is no longer on the terrace.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

The apartment is located in the village of Podere San Luigi in the southern part of San Vincenzo, surrounded by greenery, at a distance of about 200 meters from the sea. The sandy beach can be reached (on foot) through a shaded and equipped driveway inside a holm oak forest. It is located in a strategic area as it is possible to reach many beautiful locations both on the coast and inland.
