Podere Vergianoni is an ancient family-run property from the 1600s located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany, with the possibility of arranging a private shuttle and local experiences directly with our family. The apartment is available for 2 adults with the possibility of adding a sofa bed for 2 children under 12 years of age. In the large outdoor courtyard you'll find a saltwater pool with a relaxation area on a panoramic terrace overlooking the castle and vineyards with incomparable sunsets.

Casa Irene is a delightful Tuscan-style apartment, located on the second and top floor of a building just a 5-minute walk from the center, 50 meters to Porta San Matteo and another 50 meters to Via Francigena. Given the secluded location, it is easily reached by car to park in the immediate free parking. The apartment equipped with WiFi and air conditioning is divided into an open space living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower and a large terrace overlooking the walls of San Gimignano

The Domus Olea apartment is part of a Tuscan stone farmhouse that overlooks the Maremma from an enviable location. It takes its name from the wonderful, restored oil mill, set into the marble base that has been embedded in the floor for over a century. It will be an experience of relaxation and greenery, of sunsets over the sea on the horizon, amidst timeless architecture and a minimalist approach to space. The apartment in San Vincenzo is a wonderful solution for those looking for a beach holiday. The house is located on the ground floor of a quiet and private building, a few steps from the beach and the center of the village. Recently furnished with care, it has a living area with TV, equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a large balcony, heating, and free parking. There is a swimming pool in the residence (June 15 - September 13)

My apartment is in the historic center completely renovated, very close to an equipped beach and the most beautiful square in the city. 50m away, the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend after dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket. Theapartment is located in the ZTL, but there is free parking at 150 meters and we also offer the free possibility of a permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of the stay.

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

If you want to surprise the person you love, or experience a relaxing stay, our chalet is an ideal solution allowing you to connect with nature in an elegant and comfortable environment, in total privacy in a unique natural setting, equipped with all comforts, at your disposal a solar greenhouse equipped with a hot tub and sauna... with a forest view. Outside, there is a terrace where you can dine or have breakfast adjacent to the solarium area with deck chairs, etc.
