The location is good and central to visit several places, the property is as described, very quiet and pleasant subdivision, the pool is nice and clean, the guards are always ready to help you. The host was helpful at all times, the house was fully stocked with all kinds of supplies. Highly recommended, I hope to return again.

The place is very quiet and safe. Having access to a bike was very useful for getting to the beach (about 5 km). Several restaurants near the apartment. Yvonne and her husband are very attentive! I'll be back for sure!

We had a lovely two week stay in Felicitas's place. It's exactly as described in the listing and pictures, and even better in person. The place is beautifully decorated, which makes it feel more like home than a rental property. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals and even includes plastic containers to store left-overs. The air-conditioners work well in the bedrooms and main living room. The furnishings and beds were comfortable. The internet works well, and having a washer and dryer is very convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet allowing for a good night's sleep. Our favorite part of Felicitas's place was the back-yard patio area, which is a great place to relax in the morning or evening. Lastly, we really appreciated the use of 2 bikes, which made it easy to get to all part of Puerto Morelos, including grocery stores, restaurants and the beach area. We highly recommend staying here.

The location is very accessible, the house is almost at the entrance of the residential complex and the route passes in front of it, it is very close to the port I highly recommend it. The house has the necessary amenities

The house was a work of art: beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Lots of thoughtful details like fresh flowers, bikes to use, and the fan running to cool us down when we arrived. The garden was a peaceful place to enjoy my morning coffee. The location was quiet and peaceful. Great house for 2 couples or a family with older kids.

Lucy and her family where so welcoming. We arrive to a wonderful fruit bowl and smiling faces. Very walkable to excellent restaurants and shopping. Easy access to get to beach and surrounding city. Highly recommended. Thank you for your hospitality

This was a perfect condo for our vacation, very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was easily walkable to all areas in the town and felt safe. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio, and Sophia was very friendly and helpful with transportation to and from the airport. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay!!! Roger’s pad was central in town easy to get to anywhere never had problem with parking very close to the beach , restaurants, grocery store and bars. Wonderful stay we will return and like to stay again. Thank you for accommodations.

Everything was great. There was an issue with the water in the shower, it would get hot and then cold, so it was hard to shower. Other than that it was all good

We are really happy with our decision to rent this place for our vacation. It was beautiful, clean abd secured. The apartment was organized so well, with all needed staff. The bedrooms had air-conditioning. Beds had soft mattresses, so we rested very comfortably. Kitchen had big fridge and stove. We appreciated the microwave, and big dining table. This residence had very nice pool besides and all needed amenities: gym, youga room, barbecue areas. Pool designed so beautifully, with small fountains. The place was close to the beach zone, with lots of shops and cafeterias. It is only 15 min from Cancun and 20 min from Playa del Carmen. We definitely will recommend to rent it and hopping to come back.

A wonderful slice of paradise. Puerto Morelos is very relaxing and everyone is so friendly. I hope it doesn't get taken over by crazy tourism because right now, it is off the beaten path and has a wonderful vibe

Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it has absolutely everything, the apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very kind, walking to 5th Avenue was a great walk, it's about 12 minutes, I will definitely return! The best place in Playacar is here!

Amazing stay! Will come back in heartbeat. Highlight had to be the balcony. Can’t beat the amazing view. Margaret was also so kind and accommodating . We arrived in on a red eye and since there was no one in the unit prior she allowed us to arrive very early in the morning. We were so grateful after an overnight flight. Excellent condo! This was my first time renting a condo in Mexico. This condo was better than advertised!! Super clean! The location was perfect. Walkable to everything (beach, shopping, restaurants, taxi)! Beautiful view! Comfortable king sized bed with quality linens. Fresh bath towels. All listed amenities were in working condition. The rooftop pool was stunning. Beautiful ocean view! Peaceful, quiet and safe location! Most of all, the host was so quick to respond to requests and questions. Their communication was spot on. They made us feel welcomed. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo again in the future. It was perfect!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.
