Very close to Walmart, restaurants , bars, shopping centers the Plaza Américas, Puerto Cancún ,beach area.Bus stop on the corner to destinations in Cancun and Riviera Maya, in car very close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres.

Wonderful studio for one or two people (no children) in a central and quiet area of Cancun. Comfortable, bright and very nice (new). It has everything essential for your stay in Cancun: TV with cable and Netflix, air conditioning, WiFi, kitchenette with refrigerator, swimming pool, rooftop, and more amenities. A few minutes walk away there is a shopping plaza, restaurant, shops and public transport two blocks away to go to the hotel zone and public beaches. Everything you need to feel at home.
